This was our third time staying here. Everything was great as usual! The only thing I would recommend would be providing a Kuerig for those who can’t make a decent pot of coffee lol.

Great location and cozy condo

Check-in process was a bit frustrating and entering property each time with security at door. Otherwise great amenities close to coligny and was an awesome week in Hilton Head. Loved the ceiling fans in each room.

Nice location in Coligny Beach area

Our family of 4 stayed at this second floor property for a few days in March 2025. It is a very conveniently located condo right by the new children’s park, and a short walk to the heart of Coligny Beach restaurants, shops and the primary public beach access. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property to others.

Vacay by Coligny Beach

We very much enjoyed our stay. Bryon was an excellent host - always responding quickly and even added a Direct TV app on the Smart TV so we could watch programs. The location is wonderful with an easy walk to the shops and beach! I would highly recommend this as a property for enjoying time on HHI

Needs some updating, second floor unit was not to my liking but great location. Riding and walking paths galore and just a short walk to beach and shopping.

Awesome location

You can get everywhere easily. Parking was simple. Wonderful access to the bikes trails and very easy access to ride on the beach. We played 8 rounds of golf over two weeks. All enjoyable and close by. Would return.

Cute place close to everything!

We were able to get an early check in which was awesome, and upon walking into the condo, we could smell the cleaning products that had just been used - a major win in my book! The place looked just like the pictures! The beach was about a 7-8 minute walk away and we were able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella. Coligny Plaza was just as close with trails heavily frequented by walkers, runners & bicycles. The plaza had everything we needed! When we arrived, we logged into VRBO to access the property details as there had been a bunch of helpful info (directions to the beach, how to use the roku in the bedroom, checkout instructions) but the property had been removed from the owner. We did manage to figure all of this out, but we found it a little strange that the only contact was now through VRBO; luckily we didn’t have any incidents & the owner did get back to us in the morning & apologizes for the delay in response. Some suggestions: beach towels would be great a great addition, along with some games to play. It would have also been nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella (though there were camping chairs on the back deck).

Stayed in this part of town before. Excellent location. Walking distance to where u need to go (unless it is 100 out and 3 pm lol) very quiet side street so near zero traffic. Landlord always available. I would stay there again no questions asked

Great condo

Would stay here again. 4 block walk to beach and pool was not super close to condo but great place for the price. Plenty of room and nicely updated. Loved it!

Super Convenient Location

This was a great place to stay. It had everything we needed for our visit to Hilton Head. Besides the small cleaning snafu miscommunication Byron had them over and the place was cleaned in no time. Byron was great to rent with, he was responsive and helpful from the time we booked to the time we finished our stay! Once the place was clean it was wonderful!

Fantastic place!

The condo was very clean and decorated well! The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. We especially loved the large washer and dryer that more than met our laundry needs. The location was wonderful, with only a short walk to the beach and restaurants and shops right in our backyard. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was great. Clean, updated and centrally located to all activities and amenities.

When we first arrived there was an issue with the light/fan in the living room and the fan wouldn't turn on. This normally wouldn't matter but it was so hot, we needed the fan to work as the A/C was set to 78, and understandably as this is the procedure on Saturday in between renters, we just wished it worked since it was so hot. Also, discovered the next day, the outlets in each of the bathrooms didn't work. So these electrical issues were probably related and we let Byron know about them. He was quick to respond and got these issues resolved in a timely manner. Other than that, things were great and we enjoyed our first stay ever in Hilton Head. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo.
