S'amuser dans la villa Sun Beach

Notre 3Úme rangée Beach Villa est à l'extrémité privée des Dunes et un saut à travers à la piscine. Cette villa de 2 chambres a une salle de bain complÚte dans la chambre principale et une salle de bain complÚte dans le couloir, juste à cÎté de la 2Úme chambre. La chambre principale a un lit king size spacieux avec un placard complet et la 2Úme chambre a un lit simple, des lits superposés et un autre placard complet.
Il y a un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon qui peut accueillir 1 adulte ou 2 enfants. Notre téléviseur à écran plat dispose d'un accÚs Internet pour Netflix et Amazon. La cuisine est entiÚrement meublée, avec une laveuse / sécheuse HE. La villa est dotée d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.

Easy check in. The host sent a message when it was ready and we were able to check in a little early. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and well kept. The community pool is clean. The area was quiet with little traffic. Easy beach access across the street. We look forward to booking next summer.

Lovely little unit. Perfect size for us. Clean, nicely appointed kitchen, comfy couch, and beds. This is second story unit, but steps were not too much to handle. Will definitely ge back.

This rental had everything we needed. It was clean and simple. The beds were comfortable and that’s always one of my biggest concerns when booking a place. The location is great. It’s super close to shopping and dining, plus the beach is a really close walk. Even though we were here at the beginning of peak season, the beach wasn’t crowded. I’d definitely recommend this VRBO rental.

My wife and I have been coming down for the golf tournament the last few years. This place was perfect! Location allowed a quick walk to the shuttles and other local attractions.

Great location

The condo was just as described. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. There is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but the paved walking path made the walk very easy and convenient. If you have very small children or older adults who have trouble walking for long distances it may be an issue. I would definitely love to stay here again.

The Dunes at Hilton Head

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very close to the beach and walking/biking trails and offered all that we had hoped for. The property manager/owner was very helpful and was responsive to our questions and concerns. If our future vacation plans take us to Hilton Head, this will be the place we hope to call our home away from home.

Great Value

Really enjoyed staying here as it offered a great location close to Coligny Plaza/Beach and also Sea Pines nearby where our family wedding activities were located. Just across the street from the beach, so pricing was a really good value compared to some other locations with direct beach access.

property was very close to the beach. Nice walkway down to the beach with showers and access to a nice bar with music. Also only about a quarter mile to Cologny Circle which is a very nice public beach that has restrooms and showers, splash pad, and good shops and restaurants

Spring Break

My sister and I rented this condo with our teenage daughters for spring break. Lena is a wonderful host! Great communication. The pictures were true to what you see, except it was actually more spacious than we thought. Lena is very thoightful in making the stay feel like home. From the convenient kitchen stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils you need to cook for the week, to the books (located in side tables in master bedroom) and it was so nice to have laundry access right there in the condo. The walk to the beach was perfect, and there is Loggerhead grill on the way, which has drinks, food, fire pits, swings overlooking the beach, and restrooms/showers as well. The walk to and from Caligny shopping plaza is about 10-15 minutes depending on who is walking- (my sister and our girls are fit for the walk, and no littles to keep in toe.) But we saw many young families walking or riding bikes to Caligny as well. The pool was clean and had ample space with about 4 families there at the same time each day. There is even a church that meets on a connected property from the parking lot/bike path. It was Easter Sunday and we caught the tail end of the service. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent from Lena again!

Great location!!

Access to the beach was very easy. We were able to use the handicap spot in the public beach parking at the beginning of the parking lot. The stairway was full of mosquitos, so it was hard to keep all of them out when we opened the door to go in or out...but we only got a couple bites 🙂

Beach Vacation 2023

This is our first family vacation to Hilton Head Island. It is a very nice area and a great beach for families! The beaches have lifeguards during the day. There are a lot of bicyclists both at the beach and along the pathways. You can rent bikes for the duration of your stay although we did not. The villa that were stayed in was very nice and had everything that we needed and more. We did not eat at the villa but it had a fully stocked kitchen if you wanted to. The location is just a short walk to Forest Beach. It’s also close to shopping areas such as Coligny Plaza, Sea Pines and Shelter Cove. Lena was wonderful and very communicative. The pool at The Dunes was very nice and always clear. We will definitely come back! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great home, location, and owners!

My family recently stayed in Hilton Head and we loved this home! The location can’t be beat, we walked to the beach on the path daily and it was so great with our kids and a wagon. The home was so clean when we walked in. The bunks and extra bed in the second room was perfect for our kids. But the best part was the communication with the owners. We had to reach out a couple things
things we needed help with, nothing that was wrong with the place, and the owners not only helped but had such quick response time in was incredible. We will stay again when in Hilton Head!!
