This second floor unit has a Floridian cottage style with tasteful tropical decorative accents. Enjoy a breathtaking Gulf front view from the spacious private balcony. The living area has a cozy microfiber tan sofa and loveseat, nicely tiled floors, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with granite counters, light wood cabinets, full size appliances as well as the full complement of housewares. The dining table seats four and there are two bar stools available for ample seating. The master bedroom features a lovely white cottage furniture, custom tropical bedding, and tiled floors. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and cozy jewel toned floral bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation.

*POOL: Building A's pool is currently under construction and is projected to be completed by July 2025. Guests are able to use building B's pool next door.*
Beach service included May - October

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The only thing I would suggest is having a beach basket with beach stuff like goggles and a big towel and maybe some beach towels.Also the bed and pillows could definitely be upgraded. Other than that it was a great stay!

Great room, view and AC!

This oceanfront room had by far the best AC we have ever had at the beach, mix that with the dehumidifier and it’s such a comfortable space. The view was beautiful, the beach chairs are first come and people line up to claim them, I’d say by 6:30 or so. We really enjoyed our stay at this location and would stay here again.

Beautifully views and convenient location

My husband and I a great vacation. Location was convenient and the accommodations were as described. We started our days with coffee on the balcony where we saw dolphins.

A Slice of Heaven

An absolutely beautiful Condo awaited us after going to Crystal Sands in Destin for the last eight years. This condo was well-stocked, spotless, and decorated in a beach theme. The best condo at Crystal Sands at which I have ever stayed!

Very nice

The place was wonderful, nicely decorated, however the sheets smelled musty like they had been in a closet for a long time which in turn made the place smell a little musty. Other than that it was very nice.

Wonderful Location!

What a great place to stay for a weekend getaway! I enjoyed sitting on the beach using the provided umbrella & chairs for hours. The balcony was comfortable and the view was great. The furniture was comfortable and the bed was great!

Perfect for our short-term stay

Want to keep this a secret
 but it was amazing!

Communication from start to finish was amazing. It made the whole experience stress free! Condo was cute and decided so nicely! It had everything we needed. Beach chair and umbrellas were so perfect - and easy! Beach access and beach space for renters was just amazing. Will probably book next stay before I unpack at home.

Our happy place

We are from Texas and we luv this condo and location! Crystal Sands condos are nice and comfortable and easy access to beach. Luv the Crystal Beach area! Lots of restaurants and shops close by but close enough to get to everything. We have been coming to Destin for 25 plus years. We luv the beach vibe! Highly recommend.
