GUEST ACCESS
â You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
STARTER KIT
â Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
â Our property offers free Wi-Fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.
PARKING
â A maximum of 2 vehicles is permitted (strictly enforced). Parking passes will be provided inside the unit, conveniently located next to the property binder on the counter. Please note that the resort has a strict policy and cannot accommodate more than 2 vehicles per reservation.
BEACH SERVICE
â To reserve your complimentary beach chairs and umbrella, please check in with the beach attendant each day. This service is available during peak season, March through October. Please note that private umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach. However, private chairs may be set up behind the rental umbrella row.
POOL
â There is one pool, which is heated seasonally. Please review and follow the safety guidelines posted near the pool area. Use of this amenity is at your own risk. For additional details, refer to the posted rules.
GRILL
â Grills are not permitted on the balcony. However, the resort offers two designated grilling stations conveniently located on either side of the boardwalk, near the beachside of the building.
PETS
â Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the HOA regulations and the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
â You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
â Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
â We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
â Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
TRASH
â All garbage must be bagged and taken to the dumpster that is located at the end of the parking lot.
SMOKING
đ« Crystal Sands is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including walkways, pools, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
REFUNDS
â Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
