The living area has a sofa bed, a dining table to seat six plus two at the bar, and beautiful high-end floors throughout. There are two main bedrooms, both with warm tropical inspiration, featuring top of the line king mattresses and bedding, and beautiful dark wood West Indies style furniture, plenty of closet space, and premier tiled floors. Both bathrooms have been renovated and include new cabinets and Kohler facilities. This beach abode has free WiFi, three TVs, and three DVDs for your entertainment. With so many fine features, your family is sure to love your Beach House getaway! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st.

The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
