Fabuleux condo 2BR / 2BA situé au 15ème étage de Surfside Resort, adjacent au terrain de golf Seascape, avec l'un des services les plus inclusifs de la région. Cette unité offre un plan d'étage unique avec une vue incroyable sur le golfe du Mexique et la baie. Le grand balcon vous offre une vue panoramique de la plage à la baie ainsi que des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle. Les portes coulissantes en verre des deux chambres, de la cuisine et du salon permettent une vue spectaculaire de toutes les pièces de ce condo. Cette unité peut accueillir confortablement huit personnes. La chambre principale comprend un immense lit king-size et une salle de bains principale connectée. La chambre d'hôtes comprend deux lits doubles avec accès privé à la salle de bains. De plus, un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon permet à 8 personnes de dormir confortablement dans cet appareil. Profitez d'un dîner au restaurant Royal Palm Grille situé à l'intérieur de Surfside Resort. Le Tiki Hut, situé sur la terrasse de la piscine, propose de la nourriture et des boissons pour votre confort au bord de la piscine. We liked this place a lot! Gorgeous views from the high floor! The decor is a little dated and the furniture a little tired, but still 8/10. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The property is nice… loved the beach bar. We never used the pool and hot tub because they were pretty crowded (the pool is small). We played pickleball and basketball and enjoyed the gorgeous beach. Lots of things are within walking distance, yet this part of Destin/Mirimar is a little less commercial than Destin proper… we liked that. Good grocery store (WinnDixie) less than a mile away. Shana was easy to reach and responsive. We’d love to come back!

The property and condo were very nice, clean and quiet. Communication with the owner was prompt, polite and she was very helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed. The brown-outs were inconvenient but nothing that she has control over; just be aware they can occur.

Stayed here with my boyfriend who was turning 50 and wanted to do something special for him. Was able to connect with the property manager who connected me with the cleaning woman who laid out faux rose pedals, cake and balloons. He was VERY surprised and felt so appreciative that I was able to do something unexpected for him. I loved the great communication for our stay here and to top it off, it had an amazing view of the ocean, the city, and the sunset. Worth every penny and I will definitely be back to stay at this location whenever I’m in Destin. Highly recommend!!

The best!

We have stayed in many Surfside units over the years and I have to say that this was the best one yet. It is clean, well stocked and the perfect location. Located on the west side and high up offers the best views of the beach and sunsets.

Like the locale and set-up. Condo is aging well, but could use an update. Great view from balcony. Onsite restaurant was good. Beach bar was convenient and interesting.

Great location!

The condo was the perfect location for our family vacation! Host was very responsive. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach was a huge bonus! The views from the 15th floor were breathtaking. We took so many photos from there during sunset. Thanks for the hospitality!

Very Comfortable and Great Location

Property was quiet and the location was excellent. The beach was fantastic. Check in was simple and fast. the parking deck has a low clearance so if your truck is lifted be careful pulling in. I would stay in this condo every time i visit Miramar. I LOVED it.

AWESOME!

If you are looking for a clean, modern condo with stunning views and a private walkway to the beach, look no further. Hands down, this is the best condo we have ever stayed in while in Destin. The owners seemed like they thought of everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
