Fabuleux condo 2BR / 2BA situé au 15Úme étage de Surfside Resort, adjacent au terrain de golf Seascape, avec l'un des services les plus inclusifs de la région. Cette unité offre un plan d'étage unique avec une vue incroyable sur le golfe du Mexique et la baie. Le grand balcon vous offre une vue panoramique de la plage à la baie ainsi que des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle. Les portes coulissantes en verre des deux chambres, de la cuisine et du salon permettent une vue spectaculaire de toutes les piÚces de ce condo. Cette unité peut accueillir confortablement huit personnes. La chambre principale comprend un immense lit king-size et une salle de bains principale connectée. La chambre d'hÎtes comprend deux lits doubles avec accÚs privé à la salle de bains. De plus, un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon permet à 8 personnes de dormir confortablement dans cet appareil. Stayed here with my boyfriend who was turning 50 and wanted to do something special for him. Was able to connect with the property manager who connected me with the cleaning woman who laid out faux rose pedals, cake and balloons. He was VERY surprised and felt so appreciative that I was able to do something unexpected for him. I loved the great communication for our stay here and to top it off, it had an amazing view of the ocean, the city, and the sunset. Worth every penny and I will definitely be back to stay at this location whenever I’m in Destin. Highly recommend!!

The property and condo were very nice, clean and quiet. Communication with the owner was prompt, polite and she was very helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed. The brown-outs were inconvenient but nothing that she has control over; just be aware they can occur.

All mostly good. Elevator brokrn delaying us often. Parking was limited due to unauthorized vehicles taking up space for the 4th of July. And washing machine had mold.

Plumbing issues every day, toilet didnt flush in 2nd bathroom. Issues fixed the next day but still shouldnt have to deal with that on vacay. Pictures of condo looked much nicer online. Thought view was directly facing ocean vs corner. More than 2 elevators are needed for a 16 story building- lots of time waiting.

Great location, property needs updating

Overall we enjoyed our stay though we probably would not return. The location is wonderful and the beach access across the street with the bridge is fantastic. The host was also very responsive and the view from the condo is beautiful. Couple of things to note though. The locks on every patio door do not latch. If you have littles, please note. The text you receive for check in is inaccurate-there's a different code to the key pad for the building and it changes periodically. We weren't notified so were unable to get in when we arrived and once during our stay. The text with the unit's code was correct. The listing is also inaccurate in that there is no sauna . The stay would have just been a bit more comfortable with some updates- pillows are in dire need of replacing as is one of the mattresses in the guest bedroom. Furniture is showing it's age and seemed a bit dirty and dingy. The washing machine is also moldy.

Absolutely beautiful

Our stay was amazing, the property manager was very responsive and the condo was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the beach and the city. Everything about it was very accommodating and I will definitely be back

Great Anniversary Week

Location was outstanding. Views of the beach and sunset from the balcony was exactly what we were looking for. Easy quick access to the beach. Having the 2 chairs and umbrella included made our beach trips so easy. The unit was extremely well stocked and comfortable. The host thought of everything with a well stocked closet of beach chairs, toys and other accessories. And a whole range of reading materials in the tv stand.

Great location!

The condo was the perfect location for our family vacation! Host was very responsive. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach was a huge bonus! The views from the 15th floor were breathtaking. We took so many photos from there during sunset. Thanks for the hospitality!

Like the locale and set-up. Condo is aging well, but could use an update. Great view from balcony. Onsite restaurant was good. Beach bar was convenient and interesting.

Great time!

Check in was painless. Location was great. Loved that the condo provided 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach. The condo could have been a little bit cleaner. Nothing particular stood out that was dirty but it just didn’t feel super clean. The towels were also still damp even though we didn’t use them until day 2. The host was responsive and helpful as well!

Family trip

The property was perfect for our family. The views from the 15th floor were amazing to wake up to and made for a great lunch view as well. We will definitely look into this property again for any future trips to the Destin area!

My family has owned this unit since 1998 and has always been a place of peace and relaxation for us. It was my father's favorite place on earth, and he loved just sitting on the balcony listening to the soothing sounds of the waves and watching all the activity on the beach. Much like my dad, Surfside 1504, is my place of escape and respite and I love being able to share that experience with others.

Originally from Tallahassee, FL, I lived in Nashville for 30 years. I recently relocated back to Tallahassee and have reunited with a childhood friend and now am a stop mom to 4! Rescuing these animals has been a great passion for me, and we currently have 2 dogs and 6 cats. Combine us all and it's a very busy household!

I am a traveling hair and makeup artist and spend much of each month on the road. My partner is a Product Engineer and works from home so we love being able to escape to the beach with (and without) the kids whenever we can.

I hope anyone that stays here can also find peace and relaxation and make special family memories as we have.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Nestled on the quiet side of Destin, this was the perfect mix of having conveniences of 100+ restaurants within 1 mile, yet having the peacefulness that can be found in very few areas. Quietly listening at night, only to realize that we could hear nothing but the ocean. Walking on one of the few beaches that feels untouched and natural. Yeah, we had stayed all over Destin and up and down the Florida coastline. It only took once to realize that there was no area that could compare!!!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Words can't describe the feelings we have when we spend time at our condo. Being on the Southwest corner, the view of the Sunset cannot be put into words. While we are extremely happy with the renovations that we have done to our second home (including the big HDTV's we purchased so that we didn't miss anything in football season), we hardly spend anytime admiring the inside. It is nearly impossible to leave the patio from sunrise until bedtime. We know you will feel the same!
