Fully Renovated, Modern New Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, New Bath, New KING Bed in Master, New Queen Murphy Bed, and a Daybed. Everything is New!!! The most amazing View on the Island. Drink your coffee, Eat your Dinner or a glass of wine while Watching the Dolphins, Pelicans and Beach goers from the Large Deck, Fresh Linens, Blankets, quilts, covers and towels provided and All Surfaces, handles, knobs, anything touched cleaned before each stay. NOTE: The building / Unit will be accessed for bug spraying on March 9th, June 8th, July 13th, August 10th, September 14th and December 14th. If your stay is during any of these Dates you must let them into the Unit. This is a Mandatory spray of all units which keeps the bugs away. We want to ensure everyone has a pleasant Stay without any unwanted unexpected Visitors. The spray is non harmful and safe for children. It will take less than 3 minutes and they will only be spraying near the perimeter and doors. We appreciate your cooperation.

Wonderful condo on the beach! Everything about our stay was fabulous, other than the unexpected snowstorm. The host was kind enough to give us a little refund due to the storm and not being able to get there the first day. Highly recommend!

We loved the on-the beach location and responsiveness of the owner. Great pool. A few items to be aware of: walls are very thin, lots of noise from other units and the outside stairs. Bring your own beach chairs or rent.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The view is breathtaking and the location is perfect. We spent most of our time (when not on the beautiful beach) on the very large covered deck. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great condo in a great location. The host was very responsive to inquiries. The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the TV/ entertainment is Roku and you cannot get the big networks or live sports without your own paid subscription- which I do not have. This was a problem wanting to watch football over the Thanksgiving weekend.

We Purchased the home when we lived in Raleigh. It was our little Piece of Paradise and we love being able to share it with others. We feel it has a better view than almost any restaurant in town. We love to sit on our deck with our coffee, eat dinner or have a glass a wine.

The Location of Sea Colony is Perfect. We love the larger decks and the oversized glass sliding doors. Ocean View and sounds are so Peaceful. The view of the Tiki Bar and the proximity. You can walk down the beach to the Boardwalk, Restaurants or shops. We love it here.

Where we are located in the Complex we have the Best view and one of the few Units in the B Building that others cannot look back and see into other units. The unit has been completely updated and renovated.
