Condo Oceanfront Avec Piscine

Dernier étage joliment meublé, unité de fin donnant sur l'océan et la piscine. Regardez le lever du soleil depuis votre balcon privé. À quelques pas de la plage. 2 miles de la jetée de Kure Beach, 2 miles de l'aquarium NC, 5 miles de la promenade de Carolina Beach. Cette unité a une chambre avec un lit queen, un canapé-lit queen et deux lits superposés jumeaux. Cuisine complète avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, machine Keureg, grille-pain et tous les ustensiles, vaisselle et verres. L'unité a le WiFi, Netflix et un câble de base. Téléviseurs dans le salon et la chambre. Laveuse / sécheuse. Complet avec draps, serviettes, chaises de plage et jouets.

** La piscine ouvre généralement mi-avril et ferme mi-septembre. La fermeture de la piscine est liée aux conditions météorologiques et peut changer. **

This place is awesome! The view from the condo is absolutely stunning, you can see the ocean from almost every room. It's super clean and well-maintained, which is always a huge plus. Plus, the location is unbeatable; you're right on the beach and close to all the good stuff. Honestly, it's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

The condo was beautiful, including the “beachy” decor, and so clean, with everything you need to make it your very relaxing home away from home. Walking through the front door and seeing the ocean was amazing. The location was fantastic, just steps away from the pool and beach, as well as a Civil War fort (Fort Fisher). We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect stay for the two of us - condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and we absolutely loved coffee overlooking the ocean each morning. Beach was just steps away and we especially loved the recommendations James sent prior to our visit - we took advantage of several of the restaurants. Overall a perfect vacation!

Hello, I am James. After running a business in Raleigh NC for 20 years, I decided to sell my business and become a full time host. This was my second home at Kure Beach for many years and I just loved providing vacation rentals for my wonderful guests. I have since expanded my business and own three condos in Kure Beach, one condo in Carolina Beach, one cottage at Badin Lake and one home in West Jefferson in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I strive to provide rentals that are above and beyond what people expect to have in a rental and wouldn't rent anything to our guests that I wouldn't enjoy staying in myself.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We are fully stocked with all the necessities, allowing you to just bring clothes and toiletries. This property sits at the end of the island, so the beach is very quiet. If you are looking for a relaxing beach, this is it! If you want to see a crowd, drive a couple miles up the road to Kure Beach public access and you will have it. We are right next to Fort Fisher, where you have lots of walking trails, sidewalks with amazing views of either the ocean or the Cape Fear River. Kure Beach pier is just a 3 minute drive or a long walk down the beach. Carolina Beach is about a 10 minute drive and there you can access the boardwalk with all the shops, restaurants, carnival and fireworks every Thursday night in the summer. What can be better?!
