The first floor boasts an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with stylish décor and plenty of room for socializing. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the large dining table comfortably seats 14 or more guests.

Half Bath: Conveniently located for guests.

Second Floor:
Bedroom #3: King bed with en-suite bathroom and private deck.

Bedroom #5: King bed with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #6: Bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (double beds on the bottom, twins on the top).
Bedroom #7: Two double beds, sharing a bathroom with the bunk room.

Smoking: Prohibited anywhere on the property
No Tape, or any type of adhesive for celebration signs. This rips our drywall and causes damage.
Fridge operation, if the freezer drawer is open even in the slightest, the fridge will not cool properly. Please leave on 38 cool and freezer 0. Adjusting and packing full, just causes overheating.
Please treat the HVAC thermostat like at home. At night cool down, during the day, set normal temperature (around 74-72 degrees). HVAC repairs can take 24 to 48 hours.
At check out, leave the sheets on the beds, and used towels can be piled by the front door. Running a last load of dishes and emptying the trash will help the cleaning crew as well.
