The condo is located on the ground level with easy access from the parking lot and east-facing windows to let in the morning light. The updated, well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a dining area that can seat six comfortably. The main living area is perfect for relaxing, with a gas fireplace, 65â TV, ample seating, and access to the private patio for taking in the fresh mountain air. A sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space.
Enjoy being just steps from the free year-round looping daytime shuttle providing access to downtown and all the best of Steamboat!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
