Beautiful condo in Steamboat Springs, great location close to everything, comfortable and clean with a balcony that looks onto the mountain. Bring the family or a few friends to enjoy a fun-filled mountain getaway!

Wood burning fireplace and washer dryer in unit. Two community hot tubs open from 1-10pm

Free Public bus stops in front of the condo and it's just 5 minutes to the mountain or downtown.

Short walk to the supermarket, Walmart, and liquor store.

Exactly what we needed for a getaway

The location of the condo was ideal for a quick getaway! There was a hottub on site which was a nice perk. Easy entry and great communication with the host. Would recommend!

Location was great, although there was construction on the road to get into the property. It was pretty clean, although I would suggest cleaning all the light switches. They are very grimy..

Good basic stay

Has the essentials. Appreciated the shampoo and conditioner. Great location and bed was comfortable. Could use an update but was comfortable and convenient. Easy check in/out process.

This condo is reasonably comfortable with an adequately stocked kitchen, though the cabinets could use better cleaning. The king bed is comfortable. We were disappointed to find that the condo fronts a busy road that was being completely redone for the upcoming winter season resulting in delays every time we needed to enter or leave the property and constant noise from the machinery. The location is near a grocery store and would give easy access to the ski area in winter.

This property is as advertised. The cleaner did not vacuum well before we arrived. The rest if the stay was great! The bed is comfortable and the city bus is great for travel.

I'm going to start with the pros before I get to the consPros:- Close to everything, very convenient location- Bed is pretty comfortable - Fireplace was cozy- Electric heat worked pretty wellCons:- Dirty floors- Dirty counters- No grill (advertised a private one)- Fridge was not really cold and spoiled some elk steaks we brought up- Musty the whole time- Bathroom smelled like mildew- Bathroom fan sounds like a grizzly bear and doesn't really work- Loose outlets (my phone charger fell out of the wall)- Coat hangers literally fall off the wall when you hang up your coat- Check in instructions not sent until asked If you're just looking for a place to sleep this place will work. It was cozy, but it needs some updates and a better cleaning crew.

The geographical location is great, however it is not in the heart but 1.5 miles from the heart. For a ski season escape I would assume it fits the needs for along day of winter activities. However for a August 2025 - 94 degree days the location does not have air conditioning and with other units not occupied it takes until 4 AM 56 degrees outside and sleeping in front of the patio sliding glass door to cool off. The towels, kitchen, blankets etc are great. No AC only electric heating does not work in the third straight record hot summer in Colorado.

Very nice, well appointed and clean condo. It was a very hot day, and for some reason someone left the heat on in the middle of summer. No A.C. so we were very hot until late in the evening. Otherwise, a great place.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication from HostI chose this property because of positive reviews, however, I had a frustrating experience with this property due to the host’s lack of communication. Despite reaching out multiple times I received no responses. This lack of support was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property if you're looking for a reliable and communicative host.

I’m sorry to say that the condo just wasn’t clean. The refrigerator was dirty as was the microwave. There was dried up food on the floor especially in the kitchen area and a dead bug in the bedroom. The bathroom sink was clogged up. It was noisy because of some construction going on and the neighbors argued and yelled right outside the door. Which I know is not in the owners control. I contacted the property manager who replied promptly and said they would send someone over but it didn’t look like anyone came. Floors were still dirty. Anyway, would not stay there again

Nice apartment. Should have read the reviews closer. We had to take the trash out from the previous renter including food still in the refrigerator. There was still hair in the tub/shower when we arrived.
