Great Expectations

THE VIEW OF THE GULF WATERS WAS EXTRAORDINARILY BEAUTIFUL! The Unit was not pristine. But if you want to have a location overlooking the pools, Phoenix West 202 is perfect! Sadly, the Floors in the unit were so nasty that the souls of my daughter's feet were instantly blackened. On Friday morning we reported it to Houskeeping and they sent a Sweetheart to mop. The CounterTops were beautiful Granite, but the refrigerator and kitchen trash can need to be replaced. The Condo has some very nice features but some of the furnishings appeared to have been Bargain Basement Buys. Having tried to present a true and honest assessment of the unit, it is only Right and Fair to report that the overall stay was Peaceful and Relaxing.

Weekend getaway

Overall the property was beautiful. The AC in the entire building was not working when we arrived. The hallways were cooler than the rooms. The condo stayed at 78 for 2 days. Finally, on the third day the AC cooled to 74...not cool enough for us. The vent for the stove shoots back into the condo. Not good when cooking bacon or hamburgers. Everything else worked great. We had a great time on the beach. If renting chairs, go early. The balcony has ample chairs and table for use. It was a great fit for our family of 6. We will definitely return, but will check on AC first.

Extended Weekend Getaway

The unit could not have been any nicer. It was beautiful and kid friendly. The fourth bathroom with full size washer and dryer are definitely a bonus. Indoor pool was so nice due to the weather being unseasonably cool. Also loved the fact that there was a regular coffee pot plus keurig. The view and huge balcony and lower floor were perfect too.
