With world-class skiing, hiking, and mountain biking waiting just outside your door, you'll have no shortage of activities to choose from, as well as shared amenities that include a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, and massage services to welcome you back each day. Toss your snowy socks in the private washer/dryer, mix up mugs of cocoa in the fully appointed kitchen, and curl up by the gas fireplace for a cozy evening in. On summer nights, you can get the gas grill going for a barbecue on the deck before retreating to one of the four comfortable bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, two with a queen-size bed apiece, and another with a pair of twin beds.

In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs.
