True five star review. My family (parents with two kids) stayed here in October 2026 for a week. The location is prime, the 3 bedroom 3 bath layout was ideal, and the communication the entire time was borderline hospitality. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and all the shops and restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, the condo is great. Two things I would like to see improved:The kitchen is not well stocked and the lighting in the condo is terrible. They should replace all the light bulbs with LED lighting.I will stay there again.

This penthouse was fantastic. It was truly one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at. It is located right in downtown Steamboat Springs along the main street. There is a donut shop right next to the penthouse, which my kids loved. The property was spacious and very clean, and everything was in excellent condition. There was a fantastic patio, so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. We were here in the summer, so we weren't trying to ski or anything like that, but we did go to the mountain for mountain biking, and it was easy to get there (within about 5-10 min drive). I would love to return here.

We loved staying here. It was the perfect location in the heart of Steamboat Springs, with awesome views of the mountains. Everything about this property was top-notch. It seems like the owners thought of everything and spared no expense. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and had everything I needed to make several wonderful meals for the family. Our stay was wonderful. Great location! Beautiful condo. Our only complaint was the worn out mattress in the master suite. Needs an upgrade.
