Great Family Condo - Large condo with 3 bedrooms and a Loft

Mountain Villa is located right at the base of Boyne Mountain very close to the Boyneland lift and ski school, actually everything at the base. This condo is so comfortable with lots of seating for you and your guests.

There are three bedrooms and a loft as well as two full baths. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second also has two queen beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Additionally, there is a loft with two full beds. The den has plenty of seating and there is a large kitchen table for dining or playing games. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you’ll need to cook a meal for your group.

A short walk takes you to all the amenities that the resort at Boyne Mountain has to offer, including the waterpark, restaurants, and shops. Or, hop in the car and be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 7 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each 20 minutes from the Mountain.

New Years Eve at Boyne Mountain

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location to the mountain is great! We arrived a little early and called to see if we could get in. Our condo was ready for us and the management co told us we could go ahead in, which was a relief! The condo was clean and more than enough kitchen supplies which was nice! Bedding and towels weren’t great. Very thin comforters that weren’t comfortable at all, especially in the winter. The only reason it wasn’t miserable is because for some reason the rooms got soooo hot at night. We all just cracked windows the second night. We definitely needed more towels and washcloths than were provided. BUT the one negative that really bothered me was the mold/mildew on the shower curtain. Eww! The condo did seem clean, but this was gross. All in all I’d stay there again but I’d probably bring some extra bring some bedding and check the showers right away.

Terrible management and customer respect and response.

Well that was false advertisement! It said 3 TV's and we have 2 and only 1 works! And spectrum coming out next week has nothing to do with my stay today. That won't help this customer right now! Appears to be a lot of excuses and deflection of the problems and not willing to address and help the customer. Since I arrived yesterday from the beginning when I called about face cloths the tone was off. You guys are supposed to be in the business of customer satisfaction and I have not received any apologies for the inconveniences I have had to incur! No one ever showed up to help fix the TV like I was informed someone would! Housekeeping provided me batteries for the remote because they were dead. The housekeeping staff are the only staff that acting with individual responsibility and professionalism and respect for the customer trying to help my situation. This was my first experience dealing with your company and it will be the last. Very subpar service, and my stay has been very disappointing thus far when you expect certain things to be available things that are advertised and things that you pay for and it's not reality. Customer compassion with this company is non existent. I feel I should be compensated in some manner for these inconveniences.Oh by the way no response or apologies for these issues.

We were in constant communication throughout the weekend with this guest. Cleaning staff and head of housekeeping immediately responded after he called the first time with additional towels, though the condo had enough towels for the number the unit sleeps. They also identified a cable box needed to be replaced. Note that there was no false advertising. It was a note in checkin instructions that the condo had 3 tv's, not in the advertising or marketing of the condo. Though we tried, there was nothing we could do to make this guest happy. We tried in everyway and we did apologize for the tv not working due to a Spectrum issue.

Everything about staying here was easy- great communication from the host on details for the stay & check-in, to the location being awesome for our kids who love the Boyneland lift & run (very short walk there- approx 3 minutes)! The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was very well stocked & easy to navigate. We had a BLAST at Boyne, such an amazing place to ski/vacation! Would stay here again!
