We’re truly sorry, though, about the noise issues you experienced late at night. Heavy bass at midnight is unacceptable, especially in a family-focused resort setting, and it’s frustrating to hear that resort staff and security weren’t helpful despite multiple calls. You should be able to rest after a full day on the mountain. Thank you for sharing the guidance for families about booking the top floor to reduce noise from above. We’ll also be reinforcing quiet hours with guests and reviewing how we can better support noise concerns when they arise.
