I’m sorry parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations, and I want to clarify a few details for future guests. • Laundry Room Door: When we spoke by phone about your early check‑in, I let you know the laundry room door had been broken prior to arrival. You mentioned you were comfortable with it off and mainly hoped to get in early, which we were happy to accommodate. • Coffee: We supply starter coffee and if you had reached out, we would have brought more immediately. • Hot Water: The hot water issue was caused by a building‑wide boiler failure affecting all units. Our HOA confirmed the part was overnighted and restored as quickly as possible. We understand how inconvenient this was after a day at the beach. • Unreported Damage: After checkout, housekeeping found red wine spilled on the recliner and floor that wasn’t reported and caused permanent damage. While accidents happen, timely communication is essential. We appreciate that you ultimately made restitution once the damage was documented and reported to Vrbo.
