Venez vous détendre sur le magnifique sable blanc de Perdido Key, en Floride! Ce condo Gulfside est dans les copropriétés Windemere récemment rénovées situées entre Gulf Shores, Alabama et Pensacola Beach, en Floride. Windemere est à seulement 32 km de l'aéroport de Pensacola, FL et à env. 10 minutes de la célèbre base aérienne Blue Angels.

Ce spacieux condo de 2 chambres offre toutes les commodités de la maison. Mobilier de qualité, cuisine complète, téléviseurs à écran plat, double vasques, douche séparée et baignoire de jardin dans la salle de bain principale, et un balcon privé avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique! Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables! Cette unité du 9ème étage est assez haute pour échapper au bruit au niveau du sol (piscine, plage, etc.) mais assez basse pour capter le son relaxant des vagues apaisantes du Golfe! L'accès au condo se fait par serrure à combinaison. PAS DE CLÉS POUR RESTER AVEC !!

Windemere possède une piscine surélevée située au 3ème étage avec une grande terrasse ensoleillée. Il y a une belle promenade qui vous mènera aux eaux bleu turquoise du golfe. Vous voudrez peut-être aussi faire un barbecue en famille dans notre nouvelle zone de grillades après une longue journée sur la plage!

This was our 4th year staying at Perdido Key, and 3rd year staying at Windermere. This condo building is perfect for us! Beach/ pool are close, close to a couple restaurants, and far enough away from the Flora-Bama where you can easily drive there

A wonderful vacation!

Everything was pretty perfect! Parking was convenient and easy. Condo was comfortable and clean. Wonderful view from the patio. We loved watching the osprey and pelicans fly right in front of us. We left with the intention to return next year or sooner!

In reference to "the condo was down the beach further than anticipated": Three of the main reasons I purchased this condo were LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The Windemere Condominium complex is away from the more crowded beaches and offers a more family atmosphere. I have guests that return year after year for this very reason. Thank you for visiting.

Great stay!

The condo was just as pictured and very clean. Bill, the owner, was very responsive to phone calls when we had questions. The beach is amazing and just a short walk over the boardwalk for access. Washer/dryer in unit is convenient. The large balcony has a great view of the gulf. It was a very enjoyable vacation.

Perdido Key Stay

Close to all the stores. Wonderful views. Saw dolphins and sea life everyday! Only disappointing thing was the record breaking snow which we had come down to escape from up North! Actually the novelty of 9" of snow down there was fun. Who would have thought you would see snowmen on the beach!

Perdido Perfection

The condo is extremely clean and well stocked. The building has an ice machine, a reserved parking space and all of the best amenities. The condo owner, Bill, is the most attentive host that I ever worked with. We will definitely be back!
