This wonderful home features a spacious 1,800 square feet and has Two bedrooms, a loft and two bathrooms to sleep up to eight guests.



Take the view steps up and enter through the front door puts you right into the main great room with an open floor plan, that holds the living room, dining room and kitchen — accented with high vaulted wood ceilings and new hardwood floors throughout.



Living Room: The living area boasts a spacious and cozy sectional couch, a Smart TV, and a charming red rock fireplace (please note, the fireplace is decorative only and non-operational). Adjacent to the living room is the sunroom, offering extra seating and a perfect spot to soak up the sunlight.



Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and comes fully outfitted with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Clean up is made more enjoyable with a stunning direct view of the red rocks through the window above the sink.



Dining Area: The dining area has seating for ten guests.



Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom — King size bed, Smart TV and offers tons of natural light from the oversize windows. The private bathroom features a single sink vanity and a tub/shower combo.



Bedroom 2 — Two Queen beds, Smart TV and access to full shared bathroom



Loft — Take the spiral staircase to the upper-level loft which offers a Queen bed and Smart TV



Bathroom 2 is a shared full bathroom offering a vanity and a tub/shower combo.
