Renovated condominium with hardwood floors, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Full size washer and dryer along with an oversized tub/shower. Living room is furnished with a comfortable full size sofa, love seat and oversized chair. Dining for two at the table located in the living room space. The Village is an excellent location in Raleigh with great shopping, a starbucks, restaurants, gym, drug store and full service grocery store.2064742 is our other unit that we own so please check it out too!

The host, Stephen was attentive, helpful, kind and very pleasant. He answered all of questions quickly no matter the time. The condo was clean, equipped with everything needed during my stay and just the right size. It’s located in a nice, quiet and safe area. I will definitely seek to stay at one Stephen’s properties again while in NC. The hospitality IS top notch!

Comfortable beds, good shower, all the amenities we needed for a long weekend visit with our NC State student. Location was fantastic and close to the heart of the campus. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Hosts were responsive to questions.

This place was perfect for our Trip to Raleigh. We honestly took an Uber everywhere so I am not sure what is in walkable distance. This place had everything we needed and was very cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. Taking an uber was very easy and in a great location. The decor was nice and the radio was a perfect touch while getting ready for the day. Very clean and I would highly recommended.

Adorable

This was an adorable one bedroom condo in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed there for NC State’s orientation. It was convenient and close to the university & close to some nice restaurants.

Excellent location

This is a great location to stay for NCSU graduation. Close to campus and downtown. And walking distance to The Village District for groceries, retail shops and restaurants.

Great location!

Stephen and Will were wonderful hosts. All of the amenities were as described and the location was perfect for our stay. My daughter was attending an event at NC State and this place was perfect. I love that there were restaurants and a grocery store near by.

Quiet Condo

This was a great place to stay in Raleigh especially if you're looking to be close to the village district. You could easily walk to the village district in about 10 minutes or so. Unfortunately we had rainy weather so we ended up driving each time. There's a lot of shopping and plenty of good restaurants close by. The condo was very quiet and clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We moved to Raleigh 24 years ago from Charleston, SC. We have loved the Raleigh area. Will is a GC and does home renovation in the area and I am a physician now working for a local CRO. We have also renovated several of our own homes over the last 24 years. We really enjoy renovating properties for others as well as ones that we've kept and used for rental in the Raleigh area.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This was our 1st unit we renovated in the same building that is located w/in easy walking distance to The Village and is about 1-2 miles from the vibrant Glenwood South area and NC State. There are various restaurants that are within walking distance as well as shopping, antiquing, and bars available. The area is an older/contemporary building and both units that we own are fully renovated with new kitchen/appliances and an open/modern to contemporary feel.
