This 1st floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully renovated unit has updated bathrooms and kitchen. Each bedroom has a large flat screen TV, ensuite bath and balcony access.

It fit our needs. Stayed there before but on the 15th floor. Beach was crowded and didn’t seem that way last year. Was part of appeal!

Meh - Subpar stay

Lots of disappointments here from antiquated decor/furnishings to an unbearable check in process including multiple 20+ minute drives to the property management office. TV didn’t power on, 1st floor condo so view was mediocre. We stay in myrtle, like this building, but wouldn’t recommend this unit.

Came in after the Hurricane.. Master bedroom was wet and smelled from water ?? There was a couple issues with damage to the unit.. transition pieces that were broken and hidden with chairs over them…

Over the top Security Guards

Security at checkin is ridiculously obnoxious. We're not allowed to use stairs for room access coming or going. Everything is locked down. There's no freedom on the property. None. Pool is built on the north side of property, meaning there's no sun and total shade by 2pm. Again, ridiculous. Too many elderly living there walking with handicap walkers. Reprimanded by security for backing in parking space and another time i didn't have my shirt on coming from beach. Should change hotel name to NoFunZone Inn. Room was nice and clean, good location to restaurants. Won't be back.

We're sorry to hear you felt this resort was the "NoFunZone". This property is a private condominium building and most of the units are owner occupied. The 24 hour security onsite is there to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment for everyone. While there are several onsite rules that are enforced, all rules and regulations are sent at the time of booking so that everyone is aware of the rules prior to arrival.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first got there the smell was horrible. I told the front desk with no one responding. I finally contacted the reality company. They sent there guy over. Also there was bugs. Sent them a photo of that. As of right now I wouldn’t recommend

We apologize for the inconvenience. Their on site maintenance is there for plumbing. That property is on a monthly pest control for the building and each unit.

It was 78 degrees and hotter in the room. Had to buy a fan and pull in air from the hallway to cool down. Couldnt listen to music by the pool, people were snobs . I dont reccomend this place to anybody. Room was beautiful but so hot it was miserable. Had problems with one person running her mouth and security did nothing about it. Not a place i will ever go again. U couldnt even get door dash to your room. U had to go to lobby to get your food. Too many rules to follow. Cant wear tanktops in their dining area or hats. Cant walk in building, from pool without being covered up. Its vacation. Let people walk in their swimsuits from the pool to their room. Their HOT HOT ROOM!!

Thanks for the feedback. We would have sent maintenance right away to check on the AC, had we known there was an issue. This location is mostly owner occupied, as the listing states, so there are several rules in place to make it a peaceful living and vacationing environment. Onsite rules are disclosed at the time of booking.

Nightmare vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Air condition fan never stopped! A broken fan! Ran continuously! We knew the fan wasn’t working right. Rental company sent over a maintenance person and he couldn’t help. The building maintenance came and he acknowledged it wasn’t working right. He wrote in his notes it was. The rental said if they sent HAVAC over and they said it was ok that we would have to pay for the call. They came and something was wrong with it. No apology from the realty company. Very unprofessional. We decided to just go home rather than change locations. We were charged for 2 days and all fees. Over $650 for 2 miserable days!

The furniture was nice but the bathroom was missing a door on the cabinet & the sink was backed up. Overall we had a great trip.
