Great space! Comfy, and clean. Nicely stocked kitchen and amenities. Host was super responsive. The location is convenient to small grocery, restaurants, shopping and riverfront walking paths. We will definitely stay again.

The rental is very nice and clean. Because it's in the downtown area with restaurants and bars very near, under the rental, there is a lot of noise until around mid-night. It was easy to walk to restaurants and the bike trail was not too far away.

Beautiful space, great location

The loft is beautiful! Cool decor, plenty of amenities, clean, and access to The Exchange restaurant downstairs was a huge plus! The food was amazing! New Albany has many stores within walking distance. Access to the highway was easy on and off.

Cutest loft!

We had an amazing time! During our stay, we toured four bourbon distilleries and loved every minute. The loft is in a fantastic location—just a short drive to everything and surrounded by great restaurants. It was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

Accurately described, and even better in person. The space was super clean, well decorated, equipped with all of the basics some great extras. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were updated and spacious. Lastly, the area was perfect to walk to dinner or shops after returning from work, and offered numerous options for food, drinks, and activities, very close by. 10/10 would stay again.

New Albany The exchange loft.

Great place second time we have stayed in this loft. We stayed 8 days. The location and access to Louisville is fantastic. We also love the downtown New Albany area many food and bar options, along with other stores. The owners are easy to work with and check on you via text. Hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful accommodation in a great location.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Location is close to a large variety of restaurants. We would definitely rent here again.

Holiday visit

Two visiting family members came for a short stay after Christmas. We were all very impressed with Loft 116! It's beautiful, airy, warm, welcoming, spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable. The location is fantastic, right in the midst of everything that's happening in downtown New Albany, and a quick hop to Louisville. The thoughtful extras -- coffee, snacks, games, washer/dryer -- were appreciated. We found a gem!!!

Great location for Bourbon Trail

Very nice place, loved the location, right across the bridge from Louisville. Many wonderful places to eat all within walking distance. We highly recommend this place.

Chic New Albany Historic District Loft

Awesome location in the New Albany Historic District. All of the 5 star reviews are well deserved. The loft was very clean, had modern amenities and lots of great shopping and dining in walking distance. Would absolutely recommend and would stay there again when visiting the Louisville area.

Fabulous quiet loft!

This loft is a hidden gem. It has so much character and charm. We loved the exposed brick and historical vibe. Will stay here again, neighborhood has so many food and coffee options.

Secret getaway

What a gorgeous space, nestled above adorable downtown new Albany. The apartment has cool vibe, decorated in deep hues of blues, grays and black/modern brass. Not only a sexy vibe but also very comfortable and welcoming! Bedrooms and bathrooms sleekly designed but comfortable and convenient with hair products in the shower and plenty of extra towels. We will definitely stay there again when visiting family in the area.

Great location

Great location to do bourbon tour. Only recommendation would be work something out to have a dedicated parking spot. Parking is tight and usually full with the restaraunt/bar downstairs. Other than that, outstanding.

Great location in a cute, revitalized New Albany. Definitely suggest eating at The Exchange under the Loft. Loft was well equipped, comfy, beautiful kitchen/bathroom, comfy beds. Would definitely rent again!
