Quiet Getaway

We had a great time because this condo unit is close enough to shopping, hiking, and local restaurants. The complex itself is beautiful. We played pickleball and utilized several of the pools during our stay.

Great condo in North Phoenix

We had a great stay at this condo. It was convenient and functional. It had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Pools are great also! Andrew was great to work with - very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Sweet Vacay

Spent a week here and it was so nice! I love how easily accessible it was to everywhere I needed to go! Host was super easy to communicate with and he was SO HELPFUL! I loved that there was extra of everything like towels, food, and shower stuff!

Love Arizona!

We love the location of this condo complex! Close to shops, restaurants and hiking/walking trails. Our condo was well equipped for our stay and it was right by the pool. The condo could use some updating, but was clean and very comfortable.

Love this area of Phoenix close to everything we like to do. Hike,golf,shop and dine out. Andrews condo has lots of room and we made good of use of the well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable.

Nice place

Very nice place to stay. Spacious unit that is clean. It is within a nice complex with a pool, hot tub and BBQ grills close by. We initially had an issue with the code not working to access the units, but Andrew responded in a prompt manner. He was a very gracious host. We will definitely consider this place again when we come back to Phoenix.

Nice property. We just wanted some sun and relaxation, this was perfect. Great location for pool use! 30-40 minutes to most spring training facilities. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle it could get tricky as non-reserved parking is very limited. Would definitely stay here again! Host was available if needed and was nice enough to check in mid week to ensure everything was going well.

Lovely Update!

A lovely update to this property in very relaxing tones. Kitchen well outfitted, with good quality cookware, nice dishes/glassware/flatware. Master bed and pillows were very comfy. The owner was very responsive to questions we had, and was easy to reach. Close to hiking, grocery stores, dining, and just a short drive downtown or to Scottsdale. The only drawback is the parking space, which is a bit inconvenient. This isn't something the owner an do anything about. I'd recommend this property highly.

Home is ok , Front door had s large gap and door lock hard to latch. Had small bugs it kitchen , bathroom and on the sofa . Otherwise well equipped. When looking at the ad it says Tapatio cliffs , we thought it was in the resort not down the hill from the resort .We left after 3 day due to the bugs and nit feeling safe waiting on owner to reply vack to us after are phone conversation

Great stay

There are pluses and minuses to every stay no matter where it is at. You cannot please everyone. Yes, the parking is not great, bathrooms are small for big people and the walk to the apartment with luggage isn’t the best. If you need to nitpick the place could use a laundry basket. This place has everything you needed (minus the laundry basket 😊). There was a variety of coffee, ziplocks, Saran Wrap, laundry soap, extra bags etc. we loved the fact that the pool had a lock both ways. Only suggestion is to have an extra in case a child gets locked in (no, this didn’t happen). We only used the one in front of the apartment. Thank you so much for the use of your apartment

Loved Arizona but this condo was disappointing

The gated community is beautifully landscaped and clean and felt very secure. This condo is in close proximity to the pool and barbeque area which is handy. The balcony views are great especially as the sun starts setting. The furniture is comfortable as are the beds. The rating of three is to acknowledge this. The area right outside the gated community is industrial and the street is very busy. However, you are within driving distance to many parks which provide beautiful walking/hiking trails. There is a Walmart and grocery store within a very short drive. The condo itself is worn and tired looking and we were quite disappointed. (The owner had told us the year berfore when we rented the unit, that it would be renovated by the time we would be staying there.) The whole thing needs to be updated but especially the kitchen and the flooring throughout the unit. The kitchen cupboards are worn out and the countertop around the stove is chipped/peeling. One corner of the counter had been scotch taped in place. The stove is old but works. The worst part for us was the condition of the carpet. It was filthy. Not only were the traffic areas dark and grey there were dark stains tthroughout the whole unit but even worse around the garbage can in the dining room. I spot cleaned some of these myself so we did not have to see them every day. Many of the bathroom towels needed to be replaced and the blankets we pulled out to use in the evening were full of dust. I washed those myself. Overall, the unit was lacking in terms of cleanliness and attention to detail. We love Arizona but would not stay in this unit again. Laurinda and John Telford

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful and quit. We spent lots of time at the pool. It was really nice. The grounds were safe, clean, quit and very pretty.The only thing i would say that could be improved is the cleanliness of the condo. This is not a complaint, but as a business owner myself, i always appciate honest feed back. I suggest you remind your cleaning staff to check the small details. The door frames, the kitchen cabinet handles, the light switches and mouldings all needed to be wiped. We had quite a bit of hair in the bathrooms. Also, we were never able to connect to wifi. I tried reaching out on the Verbo app, the number that was provided but no one commented with ne.

My husband and I were very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of this condo. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable, linens were high quality - everything was better than described in the listing. Our host was accommodating and responsive. Being seniors navigating the stairs to the second floor was the only issue we had. Highly recommend!
