Ce niveau d'une chambre inférieure, un condo de salle de bains, est, 780 pieds carrés très spacieuses, et a été
professionnellement décoré et mis à jour. La chambre a un oreiller haut lit king size avec une grande télévision à écran plat et d'un
terrasse séparée. Le salon dispose d'un canapé en cuir et causeuse, un système stéréo, une grande télévision à écran plat, DVD et magnétoscope, un bois
brûlant cheminée et d'un patio séparée. La cuisine est grande avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour votre
besoins de cuisson. Les appareils sont haut de gamme et la gamme a un gril séparé. Une rondelle
et sèche-linge sont fournis pour vos besoins de blanchisserie.
Le condo se donne sur la ceinture verte. Une place de parking couverte attribué privé est disponible
et il ya beaucoup d'espaces à découvert disponibles pour les visiteurs.
La Pointe Resort lui-même est une communauté fermée situé à 15 minutes du centre-ville et l'aéroport. Ce
est un complexe très attrayant avec des ceintures vertes, de palmiers, 3 piscines, 3 jacuzzis,
tennis et de basket-ball.

Very close to pools ! Was very close to family and enjoyed many restaurants in the area! It was super convenient that we were allowed to have our pug stay with us ! ( he was crated if we went out )

Wonderful unit

Wonderful experience

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was in Phoenix for work and the condo had everything I needed. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes and towels and in a gated community. I had some questions during my stay and the owner responded very quickly and was really helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

If I had to search for anything wrong it would be to just say Terry, Please buy some new pillows lol. Terry was incredible to work with and we had his personal phone number in case of anything we might need.

A great month of March!

This 1-bedroom condo is bigger than one would expect. It has a walk-in closet and a large space to store luggage out of sight. Good sized living room, bedroom and kitchen. Everything you need for preparing meals, lots of nice towels, and a washer & dryer. It was like home away from home for us. A quiet location just a few steps from a heated pool. The owner, Marcia was a huge help to us, and because we are seniors I think we required more directions and information than most… she was most happy to assist us. Arizona is beautiful and the weather was perfect. We loved eating at the Hilton Hotel, high in the cliffs (only a couple miles from the condo) and we did a lot of sight-seeing with Sedona being our favorite. If I had known how comfortable we were going to be at this beautiful resort I’d have booked April as well. I highly recommend Marcia & Terry’s one-bedroom condo in Phoenix AZ. -The Quinn’s from Maine

This stay was our first vrbo experience. I can say it all went very well. The description of the condo was exactly as we thought it would be. We were in a very nice quiet place. Excellent communication with Marcia the whole way through. The condo was immaculate. We enjoyed our visit very much. Would book again.

North Phoenix Condo

The condo was just as described, very clean and had enough space. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which was just a short walk from the condo! Terry and Marcia replaced the living room furniture a couple days before we left which was greatly appreciated. The couch and loveseat they replaced were uncomfortable and torn by cats. We did have issues with the TV at first but after conversations with Marcia and Cox TV we got it to work. One entry to the condo community is on Cave Creek Road which is a busy commercial street however, restaurants and stores are just a short drive away. This condo was located towards the back of the community and faced 12th street, not the parking lot. We sat on the patio quite a bit and enjoyed the view and the warm weather. All in all, we were satisfied with the accommodations.

North Mountain

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here! We liked the area, the location was nice and quiet, and as advertised. You're close to shopping, food downtown is close as well. The pool was a perfect place to hang out in the heat. While most of our time was spent working, it was a great place to relax and unwind. Well maintained and comfortable. Everything you need is there for a nice retreat. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, a pleasure to interact with. A big 'Thank You' to them for being flexible. Marcia and Terry already know if we ever need a spot to go in our travels in Phoenix, we'll be staying here again.

We enjoyed our two week stay at this property. We especially like the neighborhood and it's proximity to North Mountain. We missed having Roku but the internet was excellent.

Month stay

We just retired, drove to Phoenix from the Northwest to enjoy the Phoenix weather for a month and play golf with friends. This one bedroom condo was perfect for our getaway, clean and quiet, easy access to shopping and freeways, very nice facility.

Great stay at North Mountain Condo

My husband and I had a great experience and enjoyed the quiet condo. Great residential area for walks and views of nearby North Mountain. Condo was clean and kitchen has everything you need. Condo overlooks green space and not the parking lots. King bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom had plenty of towels. We would definitely return to this rental!!
