This 1,047-square-foot space features a chef's kitchen with elegant stainless steel appliances, and a private balcony with views that stretch from Peak 1 all the way to Peak 10.

Come home from your daily adventures to watch the skiers and snowboarders tearing down the slopes of Breckenridge Ski Resort, flip through the offerings on TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and take advantage of fantastic on-site amenities that include a spacious outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, and a cinema.

Water House West, a new luxury property in Breckenridge, sits just a quick stroll from Main Street and the QuickSilver Super Chair at the base of Peak 9. It's a location that will give you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Yet you'll also be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots all along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, you can fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and the Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club only five miles north.

The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted into a California king bed upon request.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location in Breckenridge

This unit was very clean, and the location was perfect. We loved having easy access to all the great restaurants and coffee shops. Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Review - Luxury condo in Main Street Station

The property was in great shape, and we were very pleased with it. There was construction noise outside, but that couldn't be helped. Fans were used as it was warm that week. Not an issue for winter travel..The kitchen could use better stocking for those families who plan on cooking in. But other than that, we were very pleased with the accommodations and can recommend this place to other travelers.

Great place in an amazing location.

Check in procedure was detailed and communicated well in advance of our stay. The room was clean and spacious. The only small tweak to make would be making the bathroom lights above the sink a little brighter but does not keep me from rating this a 5 start property. This unit specifically has a hot tub just outside the building so you could essentially get to it without going outside until you were ready to get in. The location was amazing as it was essentially on the south end of main street. We didn't use our car once the entire trip due to the location. Would definitely stay here again!

The location and the accomodation was good. But unfortunately the lighting in the walkway to the rooms are way too dim. Lights bulbs in the room and tiolet was too dim too. Otherwise is a great experience.

Breckenridge Mt. Stay

The apartment was lovely and well kept. My only complaint is that of the parking situation. It states that it can sleep 6 adults. Not many cars accommodate 6 adults, so one would assume 2 vehicles would have to be present. However, only one vehicle was permitted to stay on the property and the other vehicle was subject to city parking fees. We arrived at 4pm and it cost $70 (!!!!) to park until 8am the following morning. Definitely put a damper on the event.

Hi Erika, thank you for your visit. We are so glad that you enjoyed our home. We apologize for any confusion with parking. On our listing, we state that there is parking for only 1 vehicle. We also note: There is one allowed parking spot located in the underground garage. Additional and oversized vehicle parking options are not available onsite; overnight pay parking is available in the town's Ice Rink and Airport Road parking lots. The price for these lots is about $15 per night or less. Unfortunately, we don't manage the onsite parking so we aren't able to extend extra passes or control the on-site fees. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Great unit but ask whether the fireplace is working before booking

This is an awesome unit! Big master bedroom, great kitchen, comfortable bed. We stayed in this unit in late November 2023 and the fireplace didn't work (big let-down). We stayed here again in June 2024 and the fireplace still didn't work (another big let-down). The front desk offered to send up someone from service when we called about it at 8:30pm but we passed. Wish we could be notified of things like a fireplace not working prior to arrival so we can make changes in our plans. For me, a working fireplace is a big deal.

Clean, Nice Place

We stayed here as a family (6 people) & overall had a good experience! Only downsides were not having a chain lock up high on the door (when you turned the handle to go out it would unlock the deadbolt automatically from the inside) so this was not safe for young children. Also our fireplace did not work, we even had them send a tech up to look at it but he said it wasn’t getting any gas to the fireplace so could not be turned on. The rooms were very clean & the kitchen was wonderful to cook in. We didn’t use the semi-private pool or hot tub, the hot tub seemed very busy all evening & there were some loud guests staying up late using it also. Front desk was very nice & helpful. Views of the slopes out the window was nice as well. Overall we would stay here again!

Home Very Nice But With Issues

Very updated unit but hot water was never hot in both showers & bathroom sinks. Bathtub had hot water. We were there 4 nights and elevator was broken the entire time. Get ready to hike all of your stuff up 4 floors from the underground parking.

Great location, but needs some maintenance

This unit is in a great location and has a lovely view of the mountains. The elevator in our building was not working while there and other guests told us it hadn't worked for several days before that. Front desk did not mention that so it took forever to figure out that we had no choice but using the stairs. Some of the windows are not well aligned and other parts needed regular maintenance, for example the toilet flusher kept coming off and the door handle to the balcony was in poor condition. We had asked for a twin configuration in the second room and it was set up as a king. Though I called and requested maintenance fix it they never came.

Fabulous

We loved our condo. The place was so clean and perfect in every way. We are from Texas and we were pleasantly surprised that you really don't need an air conditioner in Colorado. Once we opened the windows and turned on the fans, we were very comfortable. The owners had ceiling fans in every room plus osculating fans in the bedrooms. They even went one step up and had cool mist humidifiers in the bedrooms which was perfect for the mountain air. Our views from every window was beautiful. The only bad thing about our entire trip was having to leave. Bummer. We came back to 100 degrees. Breck stayed low 40's to the 60's for the most part. We stayed in July. You won't regret booking this condo.

Gorgeous!!

The location was perfect for walking to Main St. attractions. The views from the balcony were breathtaking! The pool and hot tubs were a plus. Our first time to Breckenridge, but probably not our last.
