Water House is a premier lodging destination in downtown Breckenridge, offering complimentary amenities that include an outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a movie theater, a ski valet, and ski storage. While you’re out enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer, your car can stay warm and snow-free in the underground parking garage.

With the QuickSilver Super Chair just across Maggie Pond, Water House also gives you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge. You'll be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north. clean and easy access to Main street

Really comfortable easy access to all the shopping and local hikes … the only complaint is the view is just not great on main level … can hear everything outside pretty easy. and Most of all the place needs a much nice coffee pot and a Kruig. Otherwise it was perfect for our family!

Good and bad

Good news: close to town, walk to everything, clean, nice property amenities Bad news: beds are hard as a rock we all had terrible sleep, broken bar stool,One toilet did not flush, one doorWould not lock onto the porch, coffee pot usable but broken, and if Yiu are planning to cook,Kitchen is not well stocked.

Just OK for cost

Great location near Main Street! But on 1st floor so very loud on Saturday night and view is of dumpsters and Marriott across the street. Found dirty socks between twin beds. TV didn’t work, which would’ve been nice for kids. Overall it was fine for a last minute trip but had higher expectations for nightly cost and service fees.

Waterhouse Breckenridge

I did my due diligence looking for a nice place to stay in Breckenridge. Waterhouse unit 6108 is a first floor 2 bedroom. It faces the street on the window sides which is a big problem. Although the unit is nice, the noise is horrible. Every night young people would be outside, drunk and loud. It woke us up 11 pm the 3 nights we stayed. The kitchen is modern with upscale appliances. The instructions for the TV are worthless as it is meant for a satellite receiver. The TV is hooked up to cable and I had to call maintenance to show me how it worked. Shower has good water pressure. The owner should seriously increase the bathroom lighting as it is very dark. The location is excellent for Breckenridge. Parking in the garage was an issue since your room key is supposed to open the gate. You had to put it in and out of the slot numerous times to get the gate to open. I tried changing my card several times .

Great Family Condo

3rd time we have stayed at this property and 1st time at this particular condo. Great location and amenities at the resort. Very clean and up to date condo. 1st floor has much more street noise than we expected from delivery/garbage/maintenance trucks. Also, wifi and cable were very spotty. We would rent again here.

Great Location

Condo was in good proximity to walk to the slopes being that it is first floor on a corner, even able to ski half way back via bridge and path. It can get noisy at night and early morning with people walking by, delivery trucks and snow removal - especially at the main bedroom. The condo was nice and clean. Bedding comfortable. The kitchen did not have an overabundance of supplies but we were able to make due. There was coffee, salt, pepper and cleaning supplies. The TV is dated and did not have casting capabilities. The condo does not have a supply of games that many others have. Overall, it was a great condo and location. We would stay here again.

Convenient location to town shops and restaurants

Beautiful, clean condo with full amenities conveniently within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. I would recommend for a single family. We had 4 adults and 2 small children and space was cramped. Location was quiet and we were not bothered by other guests on the busy weekend.

It was a very nice upscale condo right in the middle of the main Breck ski village. So amazing location and within a short 5-10min walk to pretty much anything on Main St. If you are a cook like me, the kitchen is very nice, but the pots & pans are pretty limited, so if you are driving in from Denver area, you may want to bring at least 1 decent pan and Chefs knife up. The 2 decks were great too. Nice to grab a cup of coffee or a nice cocktail and sit outside looking at the Mt tops.

Water House Condo

This place has all you want for a comfortable, clean, convenient condo! We loved having 2 balconies, 2 beautiful bathrooms & 2 really nice bedrooms. If you need two twins in a BR, make sure to specify when you are booking. I didn’t do that and the twin beds were pushed together so my kids had to share the bed. Pull out couch is also an option. Beautiful kitchen and dining area. Everything you need for stay-in meals. Pool and hot tub access a few feet from our place. The only suggestion I have is to use higher watt bulbs in bathrooms. Very hard to get ready in such low lighting. This place was awesome for our family if 4. We’ll definitely book again!
