The Space:
This loft is great for business travelers as it is quiet and comfortable. It is right next to the convention center and is set up comfortably to work in. Two of the bedrooms are lofts and only accessible via Ladder and have a 4 foot clearance.

Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.
Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.
Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 foot.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost anywhere. Pacers bike share and Uber are other options. The main downtown bus station is 2 blocks walking.

Holiday Stay

Enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holidays in this rental. Excellent location downtown Indianapolis! There were minor issues that were addressed immediately by the owners. Would definitely stay again.

Great space in a convenient spot

Loved the condo and appreciated the fact that it was so close to so many bars, restaurants and stores and was delighted by how easy it was to walk everywhere.

Incredibly Convenient

property definitely fit the architecture and energy of the city. We were comfortable and felt safe. Unit was clean and open. While one of the bathrooms was rather small, overall no complaints about the unit.

Couldn’t ask for a better location as it the loft is in central Indy and walking distance from everywhere. Very nice and clean space and Austin was a great host in communicating any questions. Would recommend!

First visit to Indianapolis

Our family came to town for the BOA Marching Band Championships. Great location for Lucas Oil Stadium. We had a small issue with some burnt out lights but the owner was super quick to respond and fixed them right away. We would stay there again.

Hi James, Thanks so much for staying with us. Our TV has a built in Roku. Through Roku we provide a free YouTube TV cable subscription so you have all the channels you need including local channels. I am sorry if you missed that in the instructions. We also provide a netflix subscription. The Roku also allows you access to 1000 of apps in case you prefer your own streaming method.

Modern industrial loft

Fantastic stay in a modern loft in the heart of Indianapolis. Very spacious and well appointed. Building entrance was secured with 2 separate key-code access doors prior to entering the main lobby. We felt very safe and right at home during our stay. Owners were great with communication.

Took my son and 4 teens for the weekend. Good location in downtown Indy and lots of area to sleep/beds. Easy access in and out of the building and Austin was super receptive when I had questions. Was exactly as expected based on listing. Would recommend for families / larger groups.

Great place to stay

Our family of six stayed here for an event held at the convention center. Since this property was located within walking distance, it was a perfect choice. The block this was situated on felt safe. The property had two bedrooms and two lofts (with more sleeping space in the living room). Our children loved the lofts! Not so great if you have a curious toddler so keep that in mind when booking. The owner has this property stocked very well—towels, bed linens, soap, shampoo, k-cups, dish washer pods, you name it! The washer and dryer were a huge plus for our family. There are a few clubs/bars nearby that can get a bit noisy at night. We sleep with white noise, so it wasn’t too bad, but definitely worth mentioning. The owner and his helpers were very responsive! Overall, our family loved this property! We would definitely stay again when we’re back in Indy.

Perfect All Around

Stayed here for the PRI Conference held at the Convention Center. Place was super close - quick 5 min. walk and even quicker bird ride. Hunter's communication made the check-in process seamless and the place was clean and had plenty of amenities. Definitely recommend and will be looking to book it at next year's convention.

Downtown condo Indy

My family and I had a great weekend in Indy. Austin was easy to communicate with, and was very helpful during the booking/staying process. The location was great, but having a 3 year old with us wasn’t the wisest choice since it was pretty noisy (from being right downtown). The condo had everything we needed, but it wasn’t the most cleanly we’ve stayed in. I found black hair on some of the clean towels, and the trash wasn’t taken out from the previous guests when we arrived.

I am sorry for the towels and trash. We are committed to providing excellent service. We would have been happy to provide additional towels as we have hundreds in our supply closet in the building. Our cleaners must have missed the trash but would have sent back over to clean anything you needed. We even sent you a message at check in asking if there is anything we can do for you but we did not hear back. Best of luck!

Great Location

The location of this apartment is IDEAL! It is within walking distance of anything needed. The space was open, clean, and inviting. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Indy.

Great location

Location was great. I would have given the property 5 stars but somehow the information posted was different and it was only 2 bedrooms but listed as 3 bedrooms. Condo is very nice but whoever the owner has cleaning it isn’t doing a great job. Easy access to the mall, monument, convention center and highway. I would stay again and definitely recommend to others.
