You'll be a matter of steps from historic Main Street and the Peak 9 base area at Breckenridge Ski Resort when you escape to this condo in the highly desirable downtown community of Main Street Station.
Enjoy 1,260 square feet of living space with a gas fireplace to warm you after a day spent on the slopes, a well-appointed kitchen to assist in preparing meals when you're not dining out on the town, and a balcony overlooking the property's courtyard. Spend your mornings skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fishing, or golfing, and your afternoons indulging in fantastic shared amenities, including a spacious outdoor swimming pool, multiple hot tubs, and a fitness center.
Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 a short stroll from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.
Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.
Things to Know There is no air conditioning. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building.
Please note that parking at Main Street Station includes a 15/night May 1 - Oct 31 or 25/night Nov 1 - April 30. This fee helps maintain parking availability and the quality of our facilities for all guests.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great property. Location is perfect - right in the village, right next to Main street and a short walk to lifts.

Super great. Especially Emily
So after a minor mix up with our room they upgraded us to a new room which we were extremely pleased with. Emily assisted us with this and she was absolutely amazing to deal with. She was very concerned with all or needs and questions and was very professional and helpful in resolving the problems we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better company or employee to work with. Our vacation was great the room went above and beyond to match the exceptional service. Will definitely stay here next vacation.

Comfy stay
The location is perfect for convenience. It's roomy and the dual master baths, both with jacuzzi tubs, provided much appreciated privacy without needing to limit bathing time in consideration of others. Also, with covid restrictions forcing the community hot tubs closed, was nice having a personal use hot tub after long days of winter activities. The kitchen was well appointed but the addition of a keurig would be nice. The open concept kitchen, dining area and living room was spacious and comfortable. Was a bit pricey but overall worth it. Would definitely rent again. Our party truly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay
Very nice condo. Comfortable furniture and beds. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Underground parking was very nice feature.

Great Vacation Home But...
The unit was very comfortable in a great downtown location. Our only issue was the noise levels from the quad area, the street and, in particular, night time music from across the street. If you like that vibe, then I highly recommend this place.

Great location!!
Just a little outdated but it was great location for my family of 4. Down fall is no AC it gets pretty warm.
