Ceci est un beau ski-in, marche sur condo sur Ski Hill Road avec 4 espaces de couchage séparés et 3 salles de bains. Situé au cœur de Breckenridge, ce condo est à distance de marche de la rue principale, des magasins et des restaurants. Seulement 1 bloc de la télécabine, et le ski de la maison vers le bas 4:00 Run. La propriété possède un sauna sur place à remous, piscine, buanderie, parking couvert, les ascenseurs, et à quelques pas de la navette gratuite qui vous emmène partout en ville ou sur la montagne. Il est difficile de trouver un meilleur emplacement avec des équipements plus sur place que condos Ski Hill. L'intérieur de l'appartement est spacieux avec une cuisine ouverte et une grande chambre avec un coin petit-déjeuner ensoleillé avec vue sur la ville et le mont Baldy, et une grande salle à manger pouvant accueillir 8-10. Le foyer au gaz et TV écran plat permet à toute la famille de se rassembler et être à l'aise. Les chambres à coucher sont très polyvalents, une suite parentale avec un lit king et magnifique salle de tuiles d'ardoise et une vue sur les sommets; une deuxième chambre avec une nouvelle reine et deux lits superposés où les clients peuvent utiliser la salle de bain salle. A l'étage, une mezzanine où 2 lits jumeaux peuvent être configurés comme un roi, une salle de bains et une vue sur les sommets. Off du loft est une chambre séparée avec un lit queen. Le condo offre également une grande cuisine entièrement équipée et un coin repas séparé. Ce condo ski colline offre tout ce que vous cherchez pendant votre vacances de ski, le confort, les commodités, l'emplacement et la commodité.

Great Location

Short Walk to Main Street and on the end of 4Oclock Run. Very well appointed. We mostly ate out every meal but property had everything needed included coffee and filters.

Breck ski trip

This property is fabulous from the standpoint of access to Main Street downtown and lift access. It's less than 5 minute walk to the gondola and downtown. The property was clean and with many amenities. We will be back.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This property was just terrific to stay in. We had 8 adults and stayed three nights in February 2022. The condo was clean, big, and had four different private sleeping areas. Perfect for four couples. We could not be more pleased with the small things. The spices, laundry detergent, and all the supplies. We have never rented and had so much offered. The walk to the Gondola couldn't have been easier. The hot tub was big enough for everyone. We would go back!

Wow! Great condo, great location

Can’t say enough about Ski Hill 43. The owners have stocked this place with everything so your packing can be much easier. Laundry supplies, hand soaps and sanitizer wipes in every room. Dish tabs/soap, even ziplock baggies to keep your phone dry on the slopes. Bus stop and gondola short walk and ski-in right next door to condo. Well stocked kitchen with every spice you can imagine to make preparing meals easier. Can’t thank Mike enough for his ease of communication and flexibility!

Walk to Gondola, Ski to home!

Place was perfect for us. We had 3 dads and 4 boys. All had a bed and no one slept on the couch. Very close to everything, we walked to Main as well as gondola. Condo is stacked w/ everything you need and clean. If not brand new carpet it is w/in a 6 months. On the 3rd floor but the elevator is 5 steps away. We will rent this again! Also, the pictures do not do the front room justice - it looks a lot better in person. Owner is very responsive and gave us all we needed.

We will definitely rent this unit again!! The location was perfect for walking to town, grocery store, liquor store, gondola, restaurants, etc. I did not try the ski run back to the condo but my family did. The unit is super close to the hot tub, as well! The kitchen had every utensil, and even a healthy spice drawer!—We brought a lot from home not expecting anything other than salt and pepper. This is easily one of our favorite VRBO experiences!!

Ski in at Breck

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the gondola and Main Street. There was plenty of space for our group of 6. I feel the pictures do not do this place justice. The living room is open and the large window gives a great view of the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and everything was updated. I highly recommend this condo. Breckenridge is our favorite ski town.

Spatious, clean, awesome location!

Stayed here for a girls' weekend, and was very pleased with the place. Tons of space for sleeping and socializing, updated and well-appointed kitchen, and great gas fireplace. Maybe most-importantly, the condo is perfectly located for taking advantage of everything Breck has to offer. Definitely recommended.

Comfortable and clean accommodations in a very convenient location.

The property is well maintained and situated just a brief walk from the gondola and downtown Breckenridge. The unit was spacious for seven people, but it might be a little tight for a larger crowd. Please note that parking privileges are limited to one car. Overnight parking is scarce, and we were forced to park a second car in a satellite lot about two miles from the condo. We were very satisfied with the condo, and we'd stay there again!

Perfect location, great for families

Right on the bus lines, but a block or two from town! Kitchen is well stocked, and there are plenty of beds. Although the hill to the units is unshoveled, making it a slippery ride to enter the garage, the sidewalks are heated, so walking around is easy. And the bus stop and gondola are right there! A nice layout for families, too--with beds upstairs and down, so you can hear kids or not, as you wish.

Great property for a group or families! Prime location! Close to everything!

This condo was a perfect locale for our group of 8! Comfortable & well-appointed, we thoroughly enjoyed spending time here--visiting, dining, etc. Also, you can't beat the location! Steps to shuttle stop or main transit station, block to Main St, restaurants, etc. All in our group were very pleased & would recommend this property for a great Breck experience! Excellent Condo!

Our stay as a family was absolutely wonderful! The condo included everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was equipped with every item imaginable to make a wonderful meal and was not just the bare necessities like many other condos we have stayed in. The furniture, bedding and towels are all very nice and made the stay extremely comfortable for everyone. The bunk beds worked great for our 5 year old and 3 year old and we all loved using the hot tub! It was so convenient to just walk to town and shopping and the bus stop is right next to the building which was easy for all of us, even the little ones in ski gear! Everything was updated, clean and beautifully kept. We will definitely return!!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We have been looking for a property for 3 years in the mountains and held out for the perfect unit in the perfect location. The over 1400 sq foot newly remodeled top floor unit offers plenty of space for the entire family, large family dinners, cozy nights around the fire. The in unit laundry is great along with the on premises hot tubs, grills and pool. On site covered parking and elevator makes moving in a breeze. Very close to town, on the bus route, walk to the gondola and only a mile from grocery and church. Lots of restaurants and night life and perfect access to grab the bus every 10 minutes to any of the ski lifts.

We love watching the sun rise from the breakfast nook and the sun set from the bedroom. Lots of sunshine and beautiful views. It is fun to see all the bustle in town or just take in the Colorado sky and peaks. Easy access to eateries and brew pubs. Great for kids too with the museums close and great ski schools. Great fun in the summer for hiking, biking and swimming or just enjoying the wonderful ambiance.
