The snow was bad this trip. Worst I have seen in 20 years.The accommodations were great and as listed. It would have been an easy ski-in if the snow was better.We really appreciated the small things that were plenty of when we arrived for the week (toilet paper, paper towels, clothes detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc).I have never been to a place that covered us as good.Thanks for the stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home overall was fantastic for our needs. A few things would have made it perfect. Great: - Location (extremely close to downtown and immediate hiking access.) It was also tucked away and felt peaceful and private.- Kitchen (full usage and amenities to make it usable. This was a huge plus.- Comfortable guest bed. - Community pool was a huge plus. Bad: These may be nitpicky, but just general thoughts: 1. The crib couldn't be moved to the master room, so we ended up staying in the guest room rather than the master bedroom. Our friends stayed in the master bedroom, but used the guest bedroom. It made it a little funky coordination wise. 2. The carpets are really gross. They could definitely use an update throughout. 3. The furniture is literally falling apart and pretty disgusting--the lazyboy is in shambles and really nasty, the bar seats are broken, and the patio furniture looks like you'd get tetanus if you accidentally scraped yourself on it. 4. It's really hot! There's no AC and you can't fully turn off the fireplace. We had to open and close the windows and utilize the fans--not the worst thing in the world but definitely keep in mind. Honestly though, that's just the worst of it. We loved it overall and would stay again in a heartbeat--I also bet a winter-time stay would make it even better.

Communication leading up to, and during, our stay was excellent. Unit was very clean and provided plenty of supplies (e.g., tissues, paper towels) for our week-long stay. Kitchen was spacious and well-stocked (more than other rental homes we've been in before). The community facilities (e.g., pool, hot tubs) exceeded expectations with plenty of lounge chairs, towels, and bathrooms. People were respectful of quiet hours.
