Great place, excellent customer service

We thoroughly enjoyed the place. Clean, spacious and close to downtown. Staff was very responsive to get us extra blankets when the weather turned unseasonably cold. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a long weekend in WP!

Super clean unit - served us perfectly for what we had in mind. We didn’t spend much time in the unit but slept there every night. Mostly appreciate the communication, cleanliness and closeness to park ave!

Great, clean place

We loved this place and will stay again! Clean, responsive, efficient. They brought us what we needed when we needed it, and the manager was super nice on the phone for everything! Loved the modern, clean feel. It was such a great stay and a great location- very walkable. My kids and our family had a great time. Highly recommend! Will likely stay again next time I am in town for work. :)

Perfect!

Other than the property pictured is the view (Rollins college) not the building itself and wishing we had a regular coffee pot rather than a keurig, it was exactly as we had hoped! We loved it - comfy beds, perfect location in a beautiful walking neighborhood, close to downtown, and 5 minutes from our kids we were in town to visit. We will book here as often as it’s available when we come to Winter Park!

Heavy road, noise, front and back

Very clean property and great location. Walkable everywhere. Only negative is the heavy road noise heard within the condominium. This would be expected this close to city environment.

Winter Park

We are looking at areas we would like to spend more time at during the winter. The unit was very nice, clean and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants or enjoy a walk by the lake and Rollins College. Our unit was an upper with outdoor steps to get to the unit if someone has mobility difficulties.

Great stay at Villa Vienda

Great location at Rollins College, across from peaceful park; short two block walk to tranquil lake and upscale Park Ave. Apartment was well renovated, spacious and immaculate. Andrea promptly answered all questions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Horror story

Got to the property and they had over booked. Owner was in Vegas and hard to contact. Do not use this location Ever. They are not trustworthy!!!

I am sorry for the inconvenience you experienced as that is not how we try to operate our business. However, due to the hurricane that had just hit Florida we were down one unit unexpectedly due to major roof leaks.

Beautiful, Convenient Location Off Park Avenue

Great 2 bedroom/2 bath property just 1 block away from Park Avenue, on the Rollins campus. Loved being able to take a quick walk to parks, restaurants and shopping. Thank you!

Wonderful location.

This apartment is in a great location near Rollins College. It was very nicely appointed with a complete kitchen and lovely linens. The apartment was spacious and full of light with very comfortable furnishings. This is a great property, and the property manager on-site was great to work with.

Perfect Location!

This rental is basically on campus at Rollins, with straight down street view of Lake Virginia. For parents weekend, games, student move-ins...perfect for Rollins folks. Also, it is walking distance, across street, to Old Winter Park & Park Avenue. The host was beyond amazing & accommodating for us in a rather urgent situation. Very clean, stocked with everything you need. Thank you!

Great location and a very roomy apartment!

The only down side to this rental was the lack of ice. Nice new refrigerator that looked like it was connected to a water line but there was no ice or water that came out. Well equipped kitchen. The master bath needed new caulking around the sink. A very comfortable place to stay and just a few blocks from the main shopping area of Winter Park.

Great fun, excellent location

Wonderfully clean and furnished near many things down town Park Avenue, farmers market and tucked almost on the beautiful Rollins College campus. Great area for walkers or joggers. 1.5 miles to the beautiful 9 hole golf course Near 4 prominent Art Gallery venues and more. Winter Park has so much to offer.

Winter Park: location location location

This location is prime for Rollins campus and Park Avenue. Very clean. Nice to have the full kitchen & laundry too. Would definitely stay there again.
