Light, bright & airy, this home's kitchen offers quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, fully equipped with cookware, dishware and small appliances for your culinary needs. Beautiful living room balcony is perfect for watching the breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf. Spacious master includes a private balcony & a large sunroom with a sitting area for optimal gulf views. Walking distance to several fantastic restaurants and a 10-minute drive to Mercato and the Promenade, with Waterside Shops, Coconut Point, Naples 5th Ave, and the International Airport nearby.

After a gorgeous day at the beach (or skip the beach!), kick back and relax in the heated backyard pool. Fire up the gas grill from your private deck for the family barbeque. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas conveniently provided. Need bikes, e-bikes, paddle boards, kayaks or anything else for your expedition? We can have them delivered for an additional charge.

Stay connected and stream your favorite apps with high speed wifi internet throughout the house. Smart TVs located in all bedrooms and both living rooms.

The house was beautiful & had everything needed & then some! Beach views were incredible! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas provided. Problem with refrigeration caused us to have to discard our groceries. Manager brought in a second refrigerator next day. Very responsive to concerns.

Arlan was a very responsive host. The air conditioning was not working well in part of the house and immediate had it looked into and resolved. The kitchen had every appliance needed, except for plastic/foil wrap, basic spices and coffee which was a little surprising. Otherwise fabulous.

We had a wonderful vacation at South Beach. The house and kitchen were very well appointed with endless views of the Gulf and the beautiful nightly sunsets. The elevator was clutch for a family member who struggles with stairs and the garage fit our large rental SUV with plenty of space. I would highly recommend this home to anyone interested in Bonita Springs!

The host was amazing always very accommodating. This house was amazing. The location was wonderful. The pool and the beach were fabulous. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from this home. We enjoyed seeing the manatees, dolphins and other wildlife from the panoramic views including two new turtle nests during our stay. Very beautiful home.

2024 Family Vacation

Spent a week at this awesome home right on the beach. Three generations of family had a wonderful week in the sun! Loved having two beachfront master suites … with the main floor in between for privacy!
