Luxurious modern rustic house on Lake Blue Ridge - sleeps 14

Come relax in the Southern Appalachian Mountains and stay on beautiful Lake Blue Ridge. This retreat is the real deal!! You will not want to leave. We have spared no expense to make this a luxurious, comfortable and relaxing experience for our guests.

The house was built in 2019 and has every modern luxury you could need for a wonderful getaway. The Great Room has a massive vaulted ceiling with a wall of windows overlooking Lake Blue Ridge. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (bunk room sleeps 6). This retreat has all the amenities - brand new upscale furnishings, four fireplaces, 8 TVs, and a fully stocked modern chef's kitchen. It is a 2 minute walk to Lake Blue Ridge Marina and a 4 minute drive to Downtown Blue Ridge. Enjoy two outdoor living spaces with an amazing view of pristine Lake Blue Ridge and mountains in the distance (both have fireplace and TV), single slip private dock (with upper deck), huge fire pit, games galore, private hot tub, indoor lounge area, full size cocktail arcade table with over 400 games, indoor shuffleboard table, outdoor ping pong, large poker table, canoe, kayaks, float toys, gas grill.......the list goes on. Bring your boat or rent one locally. This house is perfect for 6 adults plus kids (8 adults without kids). High end luxury towels , bathroom amenities, and luxury bedding throughout. Outdoor teak dining table for 12, indoor dining table for 10 next to counter with 4 stools so the dining area seats 14 total. We promise you that the upstairs outdoor living area will become your new "happy place".

As you open the front door to this retreat you will quickly realize that we have put much thought and effort into making this a great experience for our guests. We are confident that you will create some amazing vacation memories at Ridge Haven Retreat!!!

***Guests will not have use of the garage for parking. There is plenty of room for parking in the driveway and parking area.

***Please be aware that there a lot of stairs going from the lake to the house (see property pictures). This may be an issue if you have mobility problems or small children.

*** Lake Blue Ridge is controlled by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). This means that the lake water level is lowered during the off season..... the dock may sit on dry lake bed from approximately early-September to late-April. We will try to "chase the water" (move the dock out to deeper water as the level is lowered) to the best of our ability. You can view typical water levels here: http://blueridge.uslakes.info/Level/

Always a great stay in Blue Ridge! Amazing property with all the amenities you could ask for. Kitchen is amazing and well equipped. All of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the extra suite above the garage is perfect for additional guests.

Our family of twelve, six adults and six grandchildren, recently spent four nights at Ridge Haven Retreat. We all marveled at this beautiful house with high end finishes and decorations. We found the pictures and descriptions to be mostly accurate. It was fun preparing most of our meals in the beautiful, well equipped kitchen. The spacious and accessable pantry was very benificial. We were all able to gather around the large table on the deck, just off the kitchen, and enjoy meals together. We had plenty of space for our various activities. To enter the space over the garage, you exit the front door and take a few steps to the garage door that leads to the upstairs bedroom. Our grandchildren loved the loft game area, hot tub, shuffleboard, ping pong, and use of the kayaks and canoe. The older boys and their dads went fishing late one night. We all enjoyed the fireplaces. The two small refrigerators in the house came in handy. We enjoyed our stay at this property and had no real issues. John & Myra A.

A beautiful house with a well outfitted kitchen. It was obvious that the owners took pride in their property both inside and out. We started every morning with breathtaking views of the sunrise.

The location was amazing. Situated on a quiet inlet right next to Blue Ridge Marina. Perfect spot if renting a boat. The house was spacious and well throughout. The air conditioning worked well in all rooms. Enjoyed the poker table. Will definitely book here again

Gorgeous cabin in great location

This house is stunning, just as pictured. The location is perfect, close to the marina and rope swings! The owners have thought of everything, the house is well supplied from laundry pods down to kitchen utensils. We were three families with teenage sons, the boys were able to hang outside on one deck while the adults stayed up on the other. We really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace, too. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful lakefront cabin! The views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We spent our days boating, relaxing on the deck, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect mix of comfort and nature. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Simply wonderful!

The pictures online look beautiful but does not compare in person. This house is so well done and very thought out. Two levels of premium outdoor space with fireplaces and plenty of wood for days. My kids and husband enjoyed the ping pong and arcade game and a game of poker. Boys loved having hot tub outside to enjoy the views. If you happen to enjoy cooking on vacation then this kitchen is a dream. Very well stocked. Yes there are a few stairs to the water but it really is an easy walk and the stairs are wide and very manageable. Owner was very accessible and helpful for recommendations. Randomly asked him for a place to walk for exercise not hiking and he nailed it, Lake Blue Ridge Recreation Area. This place was even better than I hoped for and we will definitely be back. Did not want to leave. Thank you David for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Family gathering tradition

My wife & I, our two children with their spouses and their two children each, always try to spend holidays & events together. If we travel at those times, we try to do something special and try to book the best accommodations available as gifts to each other. This modern rustic home on Lake Blue Ridge more than checked all the boxes. As a Custom Home designer/ builder from Central Florida, I was truly impressed with the quality, design and though-fullness the owners put into their home and grateful they let us share it. Everything was 5-star!

Beautiful Lake Blue Ridge House

My family had a wonderful time together at this beautiful home looking out over Lake Blue Ridge. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in the town of Blue Ridge and hiking some trails, both of which were a short scenic drive away. The owner was great to work with, taking care of us if we needed anything or had any questions. It was perfect for family who wanted to be together and relax.
