The house was built in 2019 and has every modern luxury you could need for a wonderful getaway. The Great Room has a massive vaulted ceiling with a wall of windows overlooking Lake Blue Ridge. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (bunk room sleeps 6). This retreat has all the amenities - brand new upscale furnishings, four fireplaces, 8 TVs, and a fully stocked modern chef's kitchen. It is a 2 minute walk to Lake Blue Ridge Marina and a 4 minute drive to Downtown Blue Ridge. Enjoy two outdoor living spaces with an amazing view of pristine Lake Blue Ridge and mountains in the distance (both have fireplace and TV), single slip private dock (with upper deck), huge fire pit, games galore, private hot tub, indoor lounge area, full size cocktail arcade table with over 400 games, indoor shuffleboard table, outdoor ping pong, large poker table, canoe, kayaks, float toys, gas grill.......the list goes on. Bring your boat or rent one locally. This house is perfect for 6 adults plus kids (8 adults without kids). High end luxury towels , bathroom amenities, and luxury bedding throughout. Outdoor teak dining table for 12, indoor dining table for 10 next to counter with 4 stools so the dining area seats 14 total. We promise you that the upstairs outdoor living area will become your new "happy place".

***Guests will not have use of the garage for parking. There is plenty of room for parking in the driveway and parking area.

***Please be aware that there a lot of stairs going from the lake to the house (see property pictures). This may be an issue if you have mobility problems or small children.

*** Lake Blue Ridge is controlled by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). This means that the lake water level is lowered during the off season..... the dock may sit on dry lake bed from approximately early-September to late-April.
