Our modern mountain home is less than 5 miles (10 mins) from downtown Blue Ridge in the Aska adventure area and has million- dollar panoramic views of Lake Blue Ridge and the mountains year-round with hiking trails walkable just up the hill into the National Forest! The space

The house features 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 12 guests (up to 8 adults max and 4 kids).

Note: If you have more then 8 adults, our home is not for you. We have bunk beds that are intended for children, not grown-ups and we will not be able to accommodate you. Thanks for your understanding.

Upon entering the home on the main floor, walk into an open concept living and dining area that boasts a cozy gas fireplace and large windows that offer breathtaking views of Lake Blue Ridge and the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances makes it easy to prepare meals while enjoying the company of your loved ones. Here our coffee bar is also ready to greet you each morning. The coffee bar features a Keurig and a Drip coffee maker, which has a pot and individual serving options. We provide some K-cups, tea and hot chocolate for your stay, so no worries if you forget to stop at the store on the way in.
Gather with friends and family around the dining table that extends to seat 12, at the kitchen bar that seats 4 more, or on the outdoor screened-in lanai adjacent to the living room that seats another 8.

There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, offering comfortable and convenient accommodation for guests. The first is an en-suite bedroom furnished with an iron king-size bed featuring lots of natural lighting. A modern spacious bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower adjoins this bedroom. The second bedroom on this floor features a double bed with French doors. There is also a separate full bathroom on this floor featuring a bath-tub combination.

Just off the living room is the home’s expansive outdoor deck – a perfect place to relax and entertain. Here you will find the gas BBQ grill, making it easy to cook up delicious meals while enjoying the beautiful lake and mountain views. A spacious outdoor lounge area with cushioned seating is perfectly situated on this deck under a covered pergola with an outdoor fireplace. We do provide firewood but recommend our guests bring their own starter logs for convenience and ease of use. Our private hot tub is also waiting for you to soak in after a long day of hiking or shopping and is sure to provide the ultimate relaxation experience overlooking the beautiful view. The deck also has a dining area, making it perfect for al-fresco meals & a swing chair.

Up on the second floor, you will find the primary suite and a 4th bedroom. The primary suite features vaulted ceilings and picture-perfect views from the king size upholstered bed. This room also has a separate sitting area with a gas fireplace and a private walk-out connected to its very own lanai with comfortable seating! It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your coffee or wine and read a book!

Next to the primary bedroom is the double-vanity bathroom with a separate shower and custom cabinetry. The vanities are equipped with large sinks, with plenty of room for toiletries and grooming essentials. Across from the bathroom is the 4th owl-inspired bedroom with built-in bunk beds, perfect for small kiddos!

Walk down to the lower level of the home and find a spacious game room, providing entertainment and fun for guests of all ages. The game room is equipped with a variety of games and activities, including a ping-pong table, a foosball table, corn hole, and a classic arcade game, board games and toys. There is also a comfortable seating area with a large flat-screen TV with a Sonos Bar, just what you need for watching sports or movies. The room is decorated in fun style, featuring a floor to ceiling grass feature wall-- perfect for your social media posts! A fridge is also added to keep your snacks easily accessible.

The game room also has a draped area with bunk beds -- great for teens to sleep in after a great day of games and Netflix! Truly an awesome room and place to spend time with friends and family, and perfect for indoor entertainment on a rainy day. Just outside the double doors of the game room will lead you to an outdoor firepit great for those cold chilly nights or for making s’mores! We do provide firewood but recommend our guests bring their own starter logs for convenience.
Down the hall from the game room is the 5th bedroom with 2 queen beds and it's own bathroom. You won't miss out on the view as it is still visible from this bedroom’s window!

Outside you will find plenty of private parking either on the gravel driveway in the front of the home or up on the paved driveway. A maximum of 4 parked vehicles is permitted. Let’s not forget about your fur babies! This home also has a fenced-in yard and garden, which is perfect if you are bringing your dog! Dogs must be under 25 lbs and prior approval is required.

Pack-n-play, high chair and children’s utensils and dinnerware are also available for your use.

We have security cameras at the property; one on front deck overhang facing the driveway, one on the side facing our fenced in garden, and a Ring door bell camera at the front door. Records 24/7 or whenever movement is detected.
