The unit was clean and it’s obvious it is taken care of. Karen was responsive to anything we needed, there was a missing lock and the microwave broke the first day of our stay and maintenance was there taking care of both right away. Can’t say enough great things about the experience as a whole.this was our first time to the area and we plan to be back!

Stunning gulf/beach views!! Gorgeous sunsets! Condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. Host provided all info needed with very clear instructions. Good location- walkable to restaurants and convenience market. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was fabulous. Very clean, wonderful location. The private balcony was my favorite and I loved having access from both the living room and the primary bedroom. We had a small issue the first night with the air conditioner but our host was very quick to respond and the issue was taken care of promptly. My family and I had a wonderful stay and do plan to go back next year. I highly recommend this condo.

This is the first time staying at this condo and will not be the last. Everything is as described on listing. Condo had a couple blankets available. Kitchen was stocked with pretty much anything needed to cook. (plastic kids bowls, cups and plates as well) however you will need to bring your own spices. Also had couple of beach chairs available as well as kids toys. Would have breakfast every morning on balcony enjoying the beautiful view. Even managed to see dolphins a couple of the mornings. Karen is quick to respond to questions. Great location and with in walking distance to Bahama Bobs. Maybe a little walk to get to the hangout and pink pony... but it can be done. Make sure your parking pass is in car while there as security will check. Several mornings with "notes" on windshield. Thanks Karen for an enjoyable, relaxing, and hassle free vacation. We will definitely be back.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Gulf Shores! From the moment we booked, Karen was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The unit was spotless when we arrived, with a fresh and welcoming feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great after long days at the beach. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, made it feel like a home away from home. We truly enjoyed every moment here and will definitely be booking this unit again for our next trip.

Crystal Shores West Condominium

The renter was very kind and helpful! There was an issue of elevator not working. So lots of steps, but the staff of the condominium was very nice and offered help with luggage. They offered cart rides to top of parking garage

Great vacation spot

Had a wonderful time at this condo. Property was very clean upon arrival and condo facility was great. A little market, coffee and a few restaurants were within walking distance and dozens of restaurants within a very short drive. We loved the views from the balcony and saw dolphins several days. Appreciated the good selection of books provided and how well stocked the condo was. Highly recommend this property!

Great condo

The info was Amazing! It was clean perfectly situated on the beach on the 2nd floor. We sat on the balcony & could see & hear the waves & beach. Perfect location. We loved this condo. We will definitely boom it again.

Inviting home / Beautiful ocean and beach view

First impression was exceptional in all aspects, especially cleanliness and decorative mood of the home. We were first time Gulf Shores visitors attending Sand in my Boots. Owner shared helpful intel on local restaurants, activities, etc that helped us. All appliances, sinks, drains, toilets, fans, lights operated perfectly. Definitely will stay here again!

Outstanding rental!

Everything was perfect. This property was spotlessly clean, and in excellent condition. The owner had frequent contact with us, from before we arrived, to after we checked in, to make sure all had gone well. We were right on the beach, with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and the property was quiet. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The property is within walking distance of many restaurants. We were very pleased.

Very clean, quiet property conveniently located on the beach. Included everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful gulf and beach views from the balcony. The spacious wrapped around private balcony (accessible from master bedroom or living room) lets one truly enjoy the ultimate beauty of Gulf Shores. It is located near shopping, The Hangout and restaurants in the heart of Gulf Shores. The units are larger/wider/newer and more up scale than the 'normal rental units.'

Walking distance to Bahama Bob's, my favorite restaurant for fried shrimp. Only 1 mile from the Hangout.
