Nestled in this low-density complex, you do not need to ride the elevator as 256 sits on the 2nd floor where you can just take the stairs! Island Shores in the most desired area of Gulf Shores, where you can walk to all the popular restaurants and more! So, you can park the car and forget it! Close by hot spots are The Pink Pony, The Famous Hang Out, and Gulf Place Beach Access where all the famous festivals are held such as The Annual National Shrimp Festival and The Hangout Music Festival. Island Shores also provides Coin-Operated Laundry facilities on site for convenience, as well as a fun swimming pool and direct, private beach access.

This Beach Front, Gulf Facing home can accommodate your whole family, up to 6 persons, with a Comfy King Size Bed in the Primary Bedroom with a private, Full Bathroom, a Cozy Queen Size Bed in the Guest Bedroom with an amazing beach view, a second Full Bath just off the Living Area, and a pull-out Sleeper Sofa in the living room for extra sleeping. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to create an amazing meal or take your plate out on the balcony and listen to the waves crash and breathe the salty air! Do you have a large group coming, but like your private space? We have 2 more homes in this complex; both 2 bedrooms and baths, just ask! Stick the in-laws and the kids with them and you can just chill here!

- Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

- All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full-month reservations from the First to the First.
