Perfectly situated in Florida’s most relaxing beach community, Honu Lani (Turtle Heaven), has everything you need for a beach getaway for up to 12 guests. Every detail of the home was selected to ease you into relaxation and provide the perfect beach oasis. With four-bedrooms all with views of the Gulf and the Sound, you have the perfect location for playing in the surf, lounging in the sun, or exploring the shoreline!

An open floor plan seamlessly joins the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen provides ample cabinet and countertop space and comes stocked with the cookware and dishware you need to prepare meals of all sizes. You can also enjoy the views of the Sound off your back deck. After a family dinner, day in the sand, or both, head to the living room to relax with quality time and a movie night on the over-sized sectional sofa and enjoy 70" large flat screen TV with surround sound. Enjoy your coffee on the enormous front deck while watching the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico.

The dining room table seats 8 comfortably and there is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps up to 12 as a combination of adults/children. Not configured to comfortably sleep 8+ adults)

Two king suites with brand new comfortable beds. A queen-sized bed in another room and a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle in the other. The king suites and bunk room all have private access to the front Gulf facing front porch while the queen room faces the sound. All bedrooms come equipped with flat screen smart televisions.

Beautiful house and a great location. Quick access to the beach and easy access to stores.

This was my 3rd VRBO rental and was the best one yet.

The property was furnished with all the things you need for the beach. Property was kept up very nice. I would only say entertainment system process could be more user friendly.

Incredible

The last 7 years we had a go to rental we loved and then they decided to sell. We were heart broken and sure we would never find anything close. Then, we came across this home. It was exceptionally nice and very well equipped. This home had everything we needed to prepare meals and make our stay comfortable. Plus, it had all the beach toys , wagon, and chairs we needed to entertain the kids at the beach. We were surprised when there was even a baby monitor to keep an eye on the baby. Lynn was delightful to work with and responded quickly when we had a small issue come up. She went over and above to assist us. I think we have found our new beach rental.

Navarre is great and everything was well except that the renter said we had a wedding reception there which was not the case. No decorations or anything . There was nothing formal like the house down the street which actually had one. We simply cooked and did what the normal is for everyone. The neighbors next door were doing karaoke themselves and we simply cooked, listened to music and took pictures . When I asked the question months before .. “Would any other friends be allowed to visit that were not staying there in that house . Most of the family and friends will be coming and going which is how I want it. I want them to enjoy whatever and then we come together for the beach wedding” . Her response was “absolutely” ! She didn’t give me time to ask about a unexpected pet which came the day of wedding. One day after the owner was there the fur baby was brought to the family member who was working out of town that was staying with us . It was troubling to receive a text the next morning at 10:00 saying we were in violation for a reception and a small Chihuahua and that we would need to pay 200 by a certain time via how they say send the money or leave immediately. I let her know I was going to get with her about it but I was busy that day and she didn’t respond to anything else after that except my question about the the trash cans that were full when we got there and that we could put trash in the dumpster across the street. I would not advise staying here as I did with a full house and permissions to have family and friends over to come and goI It will be considered a party because a full house is a party in itself regardless of what you do or it will be considered a reception if you’re getting married. They will be monitoring the camera to find “violations” and to text you with ASAP in the message. I’m thankful we booked elsewhere down the street for the remainder of our stay in Florida. If you do stay bring your own beach stuff . Most of the stuff is broken and and needs throwing away. Good morning Christine. Congratulations on your wedding yesterday. A few things have been brought to my attention that I need to address with you ASAP. Number one, it appears that you had a reception/party at the house last evening. That is strictly prohibited and we had discussed it previously. Number two, you have a dog at the house as well. Pets are only allowed at owner’s discretion and we never spoke about it. I will be sending payment request

Thank you for your review. As you mentioned, you reached out when you made the reservation inquiring about weddings and receptions. I told you that we do not accommodate/allow such events. The house down the street that had a wedding and reception at is called "The Wedding House" and that is what they specialize in. My answer to friends stopping by was "yes" but a party where there were at one time 12 cars was not approved. We also do not allow pets without prior approval, which you did not have for the two dogs that were at the home. We do have a Ring doorbell at the front door that allows us to see that the guests checking in are who they are supposed to be. The FIRST dog that we found out about (without prior approval) was there from your check-in and we decided not to message you on the night of your wedding to inquire. After we did reach out, a SECOND dog arrived (which you never disclosed nor paid for). As far as the cleanliness of our home, we take great pride in providing an extremely clean and well stocked house to our guests. You can read prior guest reviews that feel the same. It is beyond our control that some of the garage items may be affected by the salt air. We replace those as needed due to the environment, in fact, we just provided 6 brand new beach cruisers for our guests to enjoy.

Beautiful Home

Great Family Vaca Spot!

Loved staying at this place and it provided extra space for our extended family. I really appreciate that they had beach supplies to take to the beach to make the whole experience that much better!

The home was beautiful and spacious.

Our stay was wonderful. We had plenty of space for everyone. It was clean and ready to enjoy when we arrived. Lynn was gracious and friendly. We enjoyed working with her. We would definitely rent this home again.

Navarre 1st timers..

Gorgeous home!! The only drawback for us was that there was an extremely large home being built across the street obstructing our view of the ocean. When googling this property, there was clear view to the ocean, as described in the listing. The area is lovely and friendly and we had a good time. We did go about 5 miles to the state owned beach area to set up for the day.
