The Space:
Beautiful beachfront condo, 2-bed king size, 2 bath, sleeps 6 people max. in one of the most popular condos on Sandy Beach, Sonoran Sea Resort, Ocean views are breathtaking from this beautiful 2 bed/2 bath condo. 
Pool, Jacuzzi and Gym facilities including a restaurant bar within the resort, plus two more bars, "Changos" and "Banditos" right outside the gates, also within walking distance are quads and ATV rentals and the hills are right out there to start enjoying your time, ultralight flights are available at the Reef (about 2-minute driving distance) banana boats and wave runners can be rented directly at the beach, beach vendors are not allowed within the condo facilities but can be easily reached by getting down to the beach.
Condo amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a new electric stove with a glass top, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and all kitchen utensils. Living room with a NEW 50 inches Smart Tv with DirecTV and Premium Channels (HBO, CINEMAX, SHOWTIME, STARZ, Epix) which is also connected to the 40-inch television in the master bedroom, memory top foam available for the master bedroom (in closet). The dining area with seating for 6 and the patio has plenty of furniture to chill out and relax with the soothing noise of the ocean. Pets are not allowed, no smoking inside.
The normal minimum stay is 2 nights, except on holidays, when a 3-night minimum stay is required, the minimum age required for check-in is 25 as per HOA rules.

Just as described beachfront unit

Check in was fast and easy. I've stayed in this building before, different units, and I would stay in this unit again. Unit was clean. Beds were so comfortable. No old lumpy mattresses here. Great view.

Suggestion for your condo: please have a notebook with instructions for the tv as well as restaurants, and other things to do. This would really help!

Beautiful, spacious, two bedroom condo

This is an excellent choice for a two bedroom condo in Sonoran sea. The condo itself is very well-maintained, and offers a great patio with a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. My only suggestion to make it better would be to swap out the key in the lock box for an electronic door code. That was a minor inconvenience at most.

Property was nice BUT...

I would not stay here again. The mattress was so saggy and uncomfortable it detracted from our stay. The old mattress caused bad sleep and back pain. I expect more from a nice resort at premium prices.

The best time!

Everything was excellent, the property overlooking the pool, and the beach view from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom! Just spectacular. Very spacious, had 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 2 sofa beds one in the master and one in the living room. Washer and dryer were a plus. Blender needs replacement, bring shampoo and conditioner/ loved our stay here! Will come back!

Great unit in super location. Balcony is a game changer. Super fast internet and DirectTV a bonus. Will come back with my grown kids as just down the block outside the property are some rocking clubs (which my 83yr old mother loved too!!)
