The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Hello Host!Hope this email finds you well. We have had an amazing long weekend in CO with family and friends. As CO being our backyard and how beautiful it is at this point of the year. The property by itself is so beautiful, lovely location and very close from where we live. The day we reached there was late in the night, so everyone of us waking up to the views was an exciting thing to start with, Kids were very happy too.But there are so many unpleasant experiences there in the weekend home. Taking this time out of our busy lives to address few things which made us think for a moment that we are paying 50$ a night!Any soaps/hand wash/body wash are so diluted that there is no difference from tap water to the soap containers ( in the kitchen and in all the bathrooms ), toilet paper ( in all bathrooms ) and paper napkin in the kitchen area are the cheapest quality.It just felt like they don’t clean or maintain the property in between the parties that come to spend here. Microwave is dirty, oven is just disgusting ( it is on smoke after a while ), grill outside needs a lot of cleaning, there was time we had change of plans because we are tired of cleaning and cooking every single thing we had to use from there. It would have been easier for both of us if you mention that we have to carry our entire house to chill in the cabin for the stay! Most of all, fireplace is a huge mess when we got there, had to clean up the leftover soot and then work on the fire. ( which took forever ).Glad we have been provided with plenty of towels in the bath area. It is decorated very well. Looks good. Very nice to place to hangout if ONLY well maintained. Imagine me everyday standing helpless when my friends had to clean when the plan was to enjoy and I felt sorry to convince my friends and family to join me over the weekend. Forget about coming back, people will stop valuing our opinion if we start recommending places like this.<
