This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect get away for anyone looking to spend time on the lake. Nestled in a quiet area less than 5 minutes away from Sunrise Marina Boat Launch and 7 minutes from Seibold Boat Launch. This home has a serene back yard and porch, which boasts 8ft privacy fence, seating and a grill. Enjoy the morning out back before beginning your day. You’re sure to love this quiet, cozy cottage. My husband and his fishing partner stayed to fish. They enjoyed that it was close to the boat ramp and the house was just right for the two of them.

Great place to spend time with family for the holidays! We had great kitchen for cooking, plenty of space to enjoy a tree we brought, time to enjoy the hot tub and go out kayaks in the water. We loved the color changing electric fire place! It was truly a great escape from the day to day life! Thanks for sharing your property. Highly recommend!

This is a home where you can actually feel at home. It’s vey nice and very clean and very comfortable, but it’s not so sterile or so ridiculously high-end that you can’t relax and be comfortable. The hot tub jets are great! I really like this place.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood.

Really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and as described. We really enjoyed the hot tub which was very clean and well maintained.. Nice being a bit out of the city where the neighborhood was super quiet.

Cozy Getaway

This was a great place for us to getaway for a long weekend. We spent most of our time on the water fishing, but while we were at the house, we felt cozy and had everything we needed for a great stay!

In town for a weekend event

We were in town to an event at Canyon Cove - super convenient to Grant and Canyon Cove - also very convenient to Guntersville and great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood - easy access - everything we great.

Weekend stay

We enjoyed staying at this property for the weekend very close to a boat launch to access lake Guntersville. Very clean, easy check in and out and the host was very kind and answered any questions we had! I would recommend staying here! 10/10!

Great Restful Spot

My best friend and I had the opportunity to stay here while visiting the area for a half marathon. The property was clean and comfortable, everything we needed was there and the hot tub was such a perk after running up and down the hills and caves at Cathedral Caverns State Park. Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so. Property owner/manager was responsive and helpful with the question I had. No complaints at all!

Great house

This house was perfect. We played in a baseball tournament. It was a great house to come home to and relax. It was nice and quiet. There’s a bbq restaurant. It’s walking distance. The house is 15 minutes from City Harbor. Great restaurants by the water. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect and so comfy!

This house was perfect, the location was beautiful and quiet and so close to Cathedral Caverns park and Guntersville. The bed and couch were super cozy and I love the nice big soft towels! Having two bathrooms worked out great. The kitchen was perfect to make dinner, grocery store was close by, and the hot tub was super clean and hot and so relaxing in the woodsy backyard. We wished our stay wasn't so short. It's obvious a ton of work was put into updating this cute house.
