This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect get away for anyone looking to spend time on the lake. Nestled in a quiet area less than 5 minutes away from Sunrise Marina Boat Launch and 7 minutes from Seibold Boat Launch. This home has a serene back yard and porch, which boasts 8ft privacy fence, seating and a grill. Enjoy the morning out back before beginning your day. You’re sure to love this quiet, cozy cottage. Everything was very clean, organized and the hot tub and electric fireplace were very nice touches! Mr. Tracey is an exceptional host who will go above and beyond for his guest. We will be staying again for another Mom and Dad getaway!

We loved the house! The only problem we had was the mattress we slept on was not at all comfortable! Everything else about our stay was good!

We did investigate this claim and it was legitimate. My wife and I stayed at the home a couple weeks prior to this booking and the mattress did not feel the same. If you ever stay with us again, contact us during your stay we would have changed the mattress out while you were there. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. The mattress has been changed, a new one has been put in and is very comfortable. Thank you, Tracey and Leslie

We had a great trip fished hard for 9 days it was great to come back and hit the hot tub to loosen up. The house was in a great location and close to several boat ramps. We had everything we needed and an outdoor plug right at the driveway made it a very pleasant comfortable place to stay.

The property and amenities were exactly as described. It was clean and well appropriated. The host was super responsive and accommodating. My stay was during a long period of extreme cold temps but the house stayed warm and cozy and the hot tub was especially enjoyable! There is a great casual lakeside restaurant within walking distance of this property. I will definitely be returning to this retreat in the future.

This is a home where you can actually feel at home. It’s vey nice and very clean and very comfortable, but it’s not so sterile or so ridiculously high-end that you can’t relax and be comfortable. The hot tub jets are great! I really like this place.

Great place to spend time with family for the holidays! We had great kitchen for cooking, plenty of space to enjoy a tree we brought, time to enjoy the hot tub and go out kayaks in the water.
