Cette propriété est sur le lac Guntersville. Il s'agit d'un mobil-home 2016 situé à moins de 800 mètres de la rampe de mise à l'eau à South Sauty. Il a 2 chambres à coucher, 1 salle de bain et une cuisine. La télévision dans le coin-détente comprend les systèmes de jeu Dish Network, Playstation 2 et Wii. La télévision dans la chambre a un lecteur DVD et VHS et est pour les films seulement. Il n'y a pas de wifi en ce moment. Le pont a une vue magnifique sur le lac. Chassez ou pêchez pendant la journée puis revenez et profitez du soleil qui se couche derrière les montagnes sur le lac Guntersville.

Beautiful place to stay by the lake. Everything you would need, except food. Not hard to find places to eat or grocery shopping. Renae and Steven were excellent hosts to rent from.

Hubby and I celebrated our 40th anniversary in a calm and peaceful time at Lake Sauty. We were pleased to have the comfort of the cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere of the trailer on the lake. Also, Enjoyed the basket of goodies left on the table and communicating with our host Renae. We do plan another visit to Lake Sauty soon!

Really enjoyed our stay! Very close to a great boat ramp, foggy Mountain Views, hot shower, plenty of room for boat parking, everything you could possibly need is there, clean, had a big buck (deer) in the yard one morning… Not sure if there is Wi-Fi? We didn’t have time to try to figure it out.

This little part of South Sauty has been a part of my husband's life since childhood. My husband recalls learning to ski here and spending afternoons floating and swimming around in the lake. South Sauty is beautiful! Bring your camera. There is just no better view in my opinion than the view from our deck. I hope you fall in love with this little part of Alabama and come back year after year.

This property has been a source of fun for our family for many years. We have enjoyed playing baseball in the yard, having picnics, and jet skiing. There are lots of memories here. We hope you enjoy your time at our little place on the lake.
