Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est sur le lac Guntersville. Il s'agit d'un mobil-home 2016 situĂ© Ă  moins de 800 mĂštres de la rampe de mise Ă  l'eau Ă  South Sauty. Il a 2 chambres Ă  coucher, 1 salle de bain et une cuisine. La tĂ©lĂ©vision dans le coin-dĂ©tente comprend les systĂšmes de jeu Dish Network, Playstation 2 et Wii. La tĂ©lĂ©vision dans la chambre a un lecteur DVD et VHS et est pour les films seulement. Il n'y a pas de wifi en ce moment. Le pont a une vue magnifique sur le lac. It was super clean comfy and right on the lake. 1 mile from the boat ramp with plenty of parking for our boat. Had a wonderful time will definitely be back..

Really enjoyed our stay! Very close to a great boat ramp, foggy Mountain Views, hot shower, plenty of room for boat parking, everything you could possibly need is there, clean, had a big buck (deer) in the yard one morning
 Not sure if there is Wi-Fi? We didn’t have time to try to figure it out.

Very at home feel. The host was very kind and had left snacks and drinks including coffee which was very nice. The perfect spot to get away as a couple or with a small family. The scenery on the property was absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely rebook and highly recommend anyone else to book

Staying here is great as always ,very clean , kitchen stocked with needed items , parking for vehicles and boats is really nice. The turn coming into the mobile home is a little tricky and if anyone is bringing a boat I would suggest coming on the highway from South to North ( from the direction of the South Sauty Store and restaurant) to make an easy left turn into the driveway with the best view of on coming traffic.Not a big deal and easy to figure out .Communication is great with Rene all questions are answered promptly. This is our 3rd or 4th stay and we like the setup and the neighborhood , quiet and peaceful. The South Sauty Restaurant and Store is just down the road and has great food , especially for fishermen getting an early biscuit and cup of coffee and a meat and three at lunch . We hope we are able to come back

Host was very kind, welcoming and accessible for questions. Place was clean, cozy, comfortable with plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, etc. Small decorated Christmas tree was a super nice touch. Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This little part of South Sauty has been a part of my husband's life since childhood. My husband recalls learning to ski here and spending afternoons floating and swimming around in the lake. South Sauty is beautiful! Bring your camera. There is just no better view in my opinion than the view from our deck. I hope you fall in love with this little part of Alabama and come back year after year.

This property has been a source of fun for our family for many years. We have enjoyed playing baseball in the yard, having picnics, and jet skiing. There are lots of memories here. We hope you enjoy your time at our little place on the lake.
