This is a brand-new "Destination Trailer" or Tiny Home. It is approximately 400 square feet and has a bedroom with a queen bed and a separate sleeping loft with 2 twin beds. It sleeps 4. There is a shed on the property with a washer and dryer that is for your use. There is a smart TV and a fireplace for your enjoyment. The living room has a full sofa and two recliners. Dining table seats 4. Fully stocked kitchen will make eating in a joy! This property is close to retail shops and restaurants galore for those nights when you don't feel like cooking!

Great Stay!We really enjoyed our stay in this camper. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location felt very safe inside a secured gated community, which we really appreciated. The host communicated well, and check-in was easy. Perfect spot for a relaxing overnight stay — we’d definitely book again!

Beautiful Rv

This Rv was beyond expectations. It was clean and perfect for our family . Communication with the owner was smooth and checking in and out was easy. The owner did an amazing job with the Rv. We will definitely come back soon. Thank you, again 🙏

Florida Winter Getaway!!

Had a nice time staying 3 months here at Clarcona Resort. The accommodations were spacious in a nice quiet location at the resort. Things were just as the listing stated. I had no issues. Good communication with Adona. Ease of check in and check out. Enjoyed Bingo, pool time, small library with books and puzzles also enjoyed a chili cook off.

A little disappointed!

The property description was a little deceiving It was definitely not a NEW camper although it was a nice camper. The resort itself was quite aged and run down. Not place we would have booked if we could have seen before we booked it. We were without a washing machine for 5 or 6 days. This was our first booking! We will probably book with VRBO again but it won’t be a camper!

We bought the RV new in March of 2020. The pictures on VRBO were updated in January 2023 so still looks great. The park was originally a Yogi Bear campground in the 70's, but now most of the lots are full time residents. Like most older neigneighborhoods, some people keep their properties up better than others. The community areas like the pools, bath houses, putt putt golf and playground are kept up nicely. We responded to the maintenance request on the washer not working properly immediately. It took 2 days to schedule a service call. It was going to cost more to repair than to replace so we had to get another washer which took a few more days. Anyone who owns a home would understand that is a pretty quick turnaround on something like that. We did the best we could. We have had great reviews on our camper and our park. I guess it is not for everyone.

Sehr entspannte 4 Wochen

Meine Frau und ich waren jetzt fast vier Wochen in Adonas mobil Heim. Es steht in komplett ruhiger Umgebung. Wenn es Fragen gab hat uns Adona immer sehr schnell weitergeholfen. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns die Zeit über sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very nice clean camper!

The camper was very nice and clean and can be compared to a small condo rental. We had absolutely no issues whatsoever and the host provided lots of check in information and what to expect as well as responding quickly to any additional questions.

Owner is great to work with

Adona is so nice to work with. She's very quick to respond back to our emails and takes very good care of her properties. We would highly recommend any of her properties.
