I stayed here for 2.5 months for an internship nearby and fell in love with the tiny home. It was clean, had everything I needed and was perfect for one person. Being a young woman, I found the neighborhood adorable and I felt safe the entire time. Lola was super sweet and was always communicative! Overall a great stay. Thank you :)

It was a nice private cottage that was very close to all the attractions without all the traffic. The cottage itself was very nice qnd clean. The hosts were really good, too! They were really easy to reach, dealt with issues promptly, and were just generally really nice people. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Orlando.

This was the perfect tiny cottage for my daughter and me. The host was very friendly and responsive. The cottage was extremely clean and accessible to many nearby attractions. We would definitely return!

Very clean! Very private! Close to restaurants & shopping. Approx 45 min to One hr drive to Attractions.it is tiny, but a great get-a-way for two. Refrig & freezer very small too.A/C window unit is in bedroom & also has a small space heater.Would rent again but probably not in the heat of summer, or dead of winter.

Very close to so many things. Great Location. Very private, great hosts! Very attentive and good communication. Clean and quaint. Only negatives are: 1. window AC in bedroom only and fan in kitchen/living space. The air didn’t reach into the whole house very well. I had to work “from home” a couple days and it became a little uncomfortable in the afternoon. 2. Bathroom is so small my big butt can’t bend over to dry off without hitting something! LOL. I also hit my head on the wall across from the toilet when I went to sit on it! Hahahahhaa. (It is a tiny house after all but just fair warning. It is indeed tiny.). All in all, I absolutely loved my 2 weeks here and would recommend!

This experience was not a good one. First off the host should alert client that there is a big chicken pen next to the property. Secondly, the AC unit was only in room made loud noise. The kitchen area was hot. Thirdly, the unit must not be up to code. There was a loud boom like the electrical panel blew up or something and we stayed without electricity. No flashlights available or candles. The owner sent a message stating Duke energy sent a power outage alert and when I questioned if it was isolated to there house the owner never responded. I informed them I would be calling Duke energy to determine the cause. I truly believe the unit is not properly wired to sustain people living and using multiple ports. Lastly, you don’t have secure internet at the router is not even on the rental property. Please beware someone can die of potential electrical outage in the unit.

Hi Iris, thank you for choosing us. I am proud to said that this tiny home has been a very safe and successful place to stay at. I do my my best to make sure my guest stay are great and useful. First able you dont have to bring up dirty or kitchen coop cloae to it, ect when i show it on the pictures and mentions it to the guest that we have hens and provide free eggs for my guest as a courtesy. Also the tiny home is professionally clean and inspect by me, for every guest. When you pount about safety its a safe place to rent i got county approval to do it. Remember iam the other and live on the property. Also ans special license did the construction. Also if it would be a problem it couldn't never got ranted. I want to make it clear to you about the electric outraged that it's not on my control that went off. As a courtesy i send you a message. The electric when back on in about one hour. It was 8am in the morning no flash light need , it was not enough time accommodate within reason the place has a window unit and the photos show also a fan it cools the entire place. If you booked a place , you most see the photos and complaints to your me and not to make it seen like it was really bad. When it wasn't. I would not tolerate this type of message, next time keep your emotional away from reality and what is true. Great luck to you . Have a bless day.

Stayed here with my husband for our honey moon. I actually left something in the cottage and the host was so sweet and let us come back the next day to retrieve the item. Great stay. Very cozy. Would absolutely recommend!

Nice but a little misleading

Animal droppings, dead bugs, dirty counters, food in the sink, and the shower wall was dirty upon arrival. Some of the photos are misleading. Small mini fridge and a full bed not a queen. Ac unit leaks on the bed causing it to be wet. Great location and nice other than those things.

Thank you for your honest reviews, i appreciated every point and thought. I do take pride to provide a nice clean and efficient place to astay for my guest. When it comes to some issue address above , it was never a complaint on your part or nothing was address to me. I normally sent and welcome email to my guest at check in and i always ask them to tell me if anything they need. When guest dont complaint i assume everything is ok with them which 95% of them are. The photos shown on the web its not misleading its correct as some guest also mentioned before . Dead bugs its good because that mean we spray , since we are in Florida. We clean and take care of it every day. I make sure all was clean at check-in. But i apreciate your feed backs. Thank you

The only main gripe is, no oven but I understand since it is indeed a tiny home, and then the coffee pot was a miss. Single serve is a bit inconvenient but we made it work. Super cute overall, and we loved the resident chickens

This property is unique and new. Great location and private, perfect for professional or job stay search. Close to it all, I 4 5-minute drive of 434 and 436. Very central to all hospital and restaurant. One hour away from Disney, 20 minutes from downtown Orlando. How convenient is that.

This beautiful Tiny Cottage is going to fit you if you just need your own space and privacy. Sometimes we like to visit family and friends or here for a job, how great is that to stay on a place that is all yours and having privacy. It's not just a room is a 1 bedroom equip with all you need. Apart of all that having a nice little from patio that has fire pit, how romantic can that be. I call it the cozy stay
