Le rez de chaussée a un grand hall d'entrée, un grand salon à partir de laquelle vous quittez le jardin, une table de salle à manger séparée pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes, une belle cuisine entièrement équipée, et un WC. Au premier étage se trouve la chambre principale spacieuse avec salle de bains, une belle voûtée à double chambre à coucher, et une autre chambre double avec salle de bains. Au deuxième étage, il y a une salle à manger, une chambre double avec salle de bains, une autre petite chambre double, une salle de bains et une terrasse avec vue sur le village de Valldemossa et les montagnes Tramuntana.

Amazing location

The villa exceeded expectations on location. We very much enjoyed the walk ability to shopping and restaurants. The pool and other amenities were very comfortable.

To make it short... everything was perfect!

The property was outstanding. We enjoyed 1 week as a family with two small kids and everything we needed was there. It was great to have breakfast on the terrace, but also inside there was lots of space to eat and enjoy time as a family. Also the location is perfect. Lot's of restaurants nearby, the check-in was super nice, to keep it short... everything was perfect and we would definitely come again.

Great property and area

We were a walking group staying in Valldemossa for a week. Property is great and Viveca easy to contact to make arrangements and very helpful. Our group were very comfortable for the week and loved the large terrace with great views. Valldemossa is a really beautiful town and very well situated to access many great walking routes.

Wonderful house with lots of space and facilities. Home from home and all bedrooms en suite. Owner and host can’t do enough for you and plenty of restaurant recommendations which were excellent when we tried them. Will definitely be back.

This is our second year at this magnificent villa--the pictures do not do it justice, nor can they capture the warmth and genuine hospitality we continued to experience from both our host and the property manager--communication with them both is excellent and easy. The property is perfectly located for easy day trips though we loved just having coffee overlooking the lagoon and cooking together in this well equipped kitchen--and the pool is gorgeous--sparkling and so well cared for! We so hope to return again next year--thank you for more truly wonderful memories as a family in this beautiful place!

Valldemossa Gem

We (family of 5 adults) had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous authentic Villa in the heart of Old town Valldemossa.The area is peaceful and charming with many cobblestone alleys to explore- history on your doorstep.The home is spacious and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The rooftop terrace provides stunning views around the village and we enjoyed eating and relaxing in the lovely garden.The weather was hot so the pool was used frequently and we were in walking distance of restaurants and shops. Valldemossa village is breathtaking but we also explored much of the island. The owner and manager were great to deal with and gave us excellent local tips.Would highly recommend.

A fantastic stay in Valdemossa

We (a three generation family) could not recommend Viveca's beautiful house enough. From the very start, communication was fantastic, and any questions were answered promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. We were met on arrival by Nowi, and given tips on the town and wider area. The house was immaculately clean, and has everything you could need for a stay, with plenty of space (we were 8 in total) for everyone. The town is lovely, and has a shop, restaurants, and outings (museum) too. We recommend wholeheartedly - don't think, book!

Spacious Townhome in Beautiful Village for Family Reunion

This is such a lovely location and an even lovelier home. We were 2 families and never felt cramped - one family took the 2nd floor and the other took the 3rd floor. The children played on the patio during the day and the adults enjoyed the 3rd floor terrace in the evening. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There are many cafes, shops, and of course the beautiful monastery and cathedral within a short walking distance. We also rented a car to visit beaches, caves and other towns. The house manager was very helpful and easy to reach. We would definitely come back again!

Beautiful hosue in Valldemosa

The house was exactly as shown on the website. There was everything needed by a large party. We particularly liked the garden and roof terrace. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and everywhere was very clean. The house was very central to the main streets, shops and restaurants literally a three minute walk away. We were greeted by Nowi who was wonderful and a great help. Communications with Viveca when necessary were great. We could not fault the house or the area. All in all a wonderful holiday by all the family (aged 9 to 72) in April 2023.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einer kleinen Altstadtgasse. Wunderbar ruhig, auch draußen auf der Gartenterrasse und oben auf der Dachterrasse. Sehr geräumige und schön eingerichtete Zimmer, große Küche, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Der Pool sieht auf den Fotos etwas größer aus, ist nur zum Abkühlen, aber dafür bestens. Sehr sauber!Super Betreuung per Mail und Chat vorab, während des Urlaubs und am Ende durch Viveca. Sonderwünsche waren kein Problem.Auch vor Ort hat alles mit Checkin und Checkout bestens geklappt.Wir haben einige Anregungen für die Einrichtung durchgegeben (Küchenutensilien u.a.) und laut Viveca wurde das direkt umgesetzt - können wir natürlich nicht kontrollieren :-)Also alles in allem eine geniale Location für einen entspannten Urlaub in wunderbarer Umgebung.

Es war super super schön. Die Finca liegt direkt in der Altstadt. Egal ob mit Freunden, Familie oder Arbeitskollegen, die Finca ist groß genug um sich auch mal Zeit für sich zu nehmen. Der Check In/ Check Out lief Reibungslos. Und sie war sehr sauber. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Beautiful

I stayed with a group of seven adult friends. The house fit us comfortably, and was a great home base for a week of exploring the island. We hired a chef for a few nights, and there was plenty of space to prep and dine. The hosts were responsive and helped us out on several occasions.

Famly holiday

We had a fantastic stay at Vivecas property in Valldemossa for 10 days.The house was nice and very clean.Both Viveca and Adam took really good care of us .Everything worked well for whole stay.I can recommend this place .Also Valkdemossa area is beautiful and easy access to Palma or other locations in the iland.

Solig vecka i drömhus!

Huset är helt fantastiskt. Fem generösa dubbelrum, alla med egen dusch/bad och wc, välutrustat kök, stort vardagsrum, matrum och stiliga hallar. Smakfullt inrett med många vackra detaljer. En härlig terrass på översta våningen samt en underbar trädgård med pool (kall, men fin). Ett drömhus helt enkelt. Med allra bästa läge, mitt i Valldemossas äldsta kvarter. Så pittoreskt att turisterna fotograferar gatan utanför... Enda nackdelen är kanske att man måste parkera bilen en bra bort. Men det gör man gärna!

Thanks Kerstin for your kind words, it was a pleasure having you. But I'm not sure why you had to park far away, there is a parking lot at a 5 min walk from the house that charges 5 euros per day and where there's always space, even in high season!

Picturesque and genus in Valldemossa

To wake up in the morning by the sound of church bells was prof that you have actually rented a house in a small mountain village in Mallorca. We loved it. The house said welcome home when we returned from different beaches everyday. Afternoons and nights in Valldemosa offered a nice, quiet and charming times. Some really good restaurants just around the picturesque corners in the town. We where nine adults and all got nice rooms with private baths. Can with warm heart recommend this beautiful house in even more beautiful Valldemossa.

We felt so privileged to have the opportunity to stay in this lovely villa for a week in May 2019. The views from the upstairs terrace were just gorgeous! The rooms were clean and very well presented and the property is within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops! It was an easy, quick drive from the airport to Valldemossa and around Valldemossa is a lot of places to visit near by. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to stay in Valldemossa. Schöner Urlaub auch bei gemischtem Wetter

...und dazu hatte diese Villa ihren Anteil. Neben gemeinsamen Essen bzw. Spielen hatte jeder seinen Rückzugsbereich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, sei es zum Wandern oder mit dem Auto, liegt Valldemossa auch günstig. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Eine Woche war definitiv zu kurz, diese Villa und ihre Möglichkeiten bei der Lage richtig auszukosten.
