Clean, nice spot. Only thing for me was that gravel driveway on my motorcycle, but managed. Beds were not the softest but overall we loved it

Such a fun family place! Great location, had all the supplies we needed. Cozy, clean, relaxing. Host was so accommodating. Left us fishing poles to use and worms for bait!!!! So thoughtful

Perfect getaway in the Smokies

Robert was very accommodating and ensured our stay was comfortable. The river was so serene and location is close to all the activities around the Smoky mountains. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay!!

I stayed here for the local Miata meet at Fontana Dam. It’s in such a perfect secluded location and was super clean! The pool table in the building was a nice touch and the fire pit down below! Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent get away

My husband and I had an incredible time here. He fished and I read my book! We played some pool and played in the water. There are also great little places to eat near by. We can’t wait to book again.

Amazing property

I can’t say enough about this property, it was much more than I expected and worked out perfectly. Very clean and stocked with everything I needed for my stay, I will definitely be back. If you are coming in to drive the tail of the dragon or the skyway, this property is in a perfect location.

This is a nice little secluded spot. It’s a tight fit inside but there’s plenty of room around the property to explore. There’s also a nice outbuilding with a pool table. If you’re coming to the area to enjoy the roads or the outdoors this is a nice option.

Great stay!

We were looking not a nice place to just rest at night while we were on vacation and found the perfect spot. We were close our destination (tail of the dragon) and tucked right off the main route. Everything is as explained and expected. Thank you!

Amazing as Always!

3rd year in a row staying here. Love the location. Quiet, yet still in town. Love the river going by, the coziness of the place, and it's relative closeness to Fontana and Tail of the Dragon. The place is always clean and has everything you need to either stay in on a rainy day, or just relax by a fire. Robert is fair and always communicates. I'll be back next year :)

Perfect!

We came down to ride the tail. We didn’t want to stay at an over priced “motorcycle lodge” thankfully we found this hidden gem. Omg!!!! It was perfect. Close to the town. Secluded spot. Large creek to swim. It got too hot to ride so we came back mid afternoon and took a dip in the creek/river. Be careful tho! The current is strong! The property was beautiful with a small creek running to the larger creek. I sat on the porch and drank my complimentary coffee and just watched the geese and the ducks. The screened porch has a Bluetooth speaker provided for tunes. The pool table was in good shape. We played a little game it seemed level. Sticks were good enough to shoot for just fun. Very close to the charohala skyway. Pineapple whip was A+ the camper was very clean. Toiletries and linens provided. Didn’t have that musky camper smell
 ya know what I mean? It was quiet and cozy. Owner stayed in contact and was prompt on responding. Overall, 100%. We highly recommend. Don’t over look this place.
