INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Confusing check in process!

Overall, the condos is nice and close to the beach. But the check-in process is hassle. They need explain more details how to check-in. They how 2 buildings and in the check in part doesn't let you know which one, plus the unit number in the email was 705 but the actual number on the door unit is 1-705. How the hell we know if it was the one?

Beautiful location but needs some TLC

Calypso is a beautiful resort that is convenient to a lot of restaurants and shops. This is our 5th stay at this resort but first time in this condo. The condo was spacious and a great view of the ocean. That is where the greatness stops. The smoke detectors were missing but we finally found them on the top shelf of the pantry. We put them back up ourselves. The beds are super uncomfortable. The condo has had water damage and it can been seen on the bedroom walls, curtains and lamp shades. The blinds in the living room were broken and missing slates. You can see where they tried to paint over some of the damage and the paint is just slightly off from the previous color. Housekeeping had to come and bring us batteries for the remotes. We only had 3 batteries for the 8 different remotes. This place needs some major TLC. I just wish I could post these pictures for them to see all the things that were wrong.
