We truly enjoyed staying here. Location is great and the room was beautiful, especially the views. The convenience of having Pier Park 1 block away is also very nice. Would definitely stay here again

Great Condo

This condo is exactly as pictured, and we very much enjoyed our stay. It is clean, and the furniture/beds were comfortable. Calypso is very close to Pier Park and is easily in walking distance. The condo manager was very responsive each time we made a contact. We would definitely stay here again.

We live a couple hours from PCB and our family of 6 wanted to stay for the weekend to watch the Thunderbirds. Our condo was perfect! The size, cleanliness, amenities and location were just as promised. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and just like the pictures!

We had an amazing stay! My husband and 2 of our kids stayed here and had everything we needed. Just buy groceries and you don't need much else. Lots to do within walking distance, and short drives to other attractions. I highly recommend this rental. The view from the balcony is amazing!!

We had a wonderful stay here! Owner was great! He realized when we first got there the TV in the living room was not working correctly. He had a new TV to us the very next day! Beautiful condo with beautiful views!

We just finished our 3rd stay in this condo with our family. I cant say enough about the rental agent, Warren Beach Rentals. They consistently make us feel welcome and appreciated. We are and have been loyal clients for several years and always know we will get an exceptional value. This condo is a cut above and recommend it to all of our friends. High enough to escape the street noise and catch all of the views, low enough not to be uncomfortable. Already booked for fall 2025!

AMAZING CONDO

Cleanliness is a priority for me and this condo was perfect. Mitch kept me well informed with everything that we needed to know for the EASIEST check in/out. Great location, we didn’t have to drive anywhere we walked right over to Pier Park for everything we needed. Absolutely loved that the TVs were smart TVs and I loved that they provided a Dyson vacuum so that we didn’t have to suffer with sand on our feet. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to PCB!

Perfect!

The condo was exactly what we expected! Everything was perfect and nice and clean. There is a cooler on wheels and 2 beach mats inside the closet that was very nice to use. The kitchen does have everything you need, but next time I will bring an extra skillet with me and a sharp knife to make things a little easier when cooking. We loved this condo and we will be back. Also, booking through Warren Beach Rentals saved me several hundred and they were very nice and responsive.

Absoutely Stunning. What a way to finish 2022

We absolutely loved 1401. It had everything we wanted. Clean, comfortable, and new and nice furnishings. The views were simply awe inspiring. Everything was easy, and renting with Warren Beach Rentals was a great experience.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Best Turkey Day EVER.. Making this an annual trip, loved 1401 East. It was stunning. Had everything we needed and the weather was 73 and sunny all week. Thank you to Mitch and his crew at Warren Beach Rentals for putting us in this condo. They said it was one of the nicest on his site and man was he on point. Rent this one like a boss, with absolute confidence!

Beautiful location

It is a beautiful family friendly location.There were a few things that weren't cleaned all that well and the building had multiple maintenance issues. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. Overall we had a great stay.

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very comfortable and no issues at all with the condo. It is exactly as described on the site. I love that there were 3 beds in the third bedroom and the room wasn’t overcrowded. Spacious and the views from the condo are spectacular. We were able to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks right from the balcony which meant none of the hustle and bustle of the traffic trying to get to the fireworks show. Everything is within walking distance so you can park and not have to drive anywhere. Warren Beach rentals is very responsive and informative of any information needed before your stay and follows up after your stay. This was my second year in a row booking from Warren Beach Rentals and I plan to book again next year. Loved it!!

PCB 2022 @ Calypso

Appreciated the seamless booking and payment process via VRBO. Condo was clean and modern, meeting our expectations! Only hiccup was the passcode we were provided did not work upon arrival. My text to report the issue was responded to within minutes, and the issue was resolved by providing us a new passcode. This was our 4th trip to PCB and it won’t be our last! 😊
