Hanalei Bay Resort overlooks Hanalei Bay from a tropical, lush 28 acres in Princeville. Beautiful ocean and Bali Hai views are everywhere on this property. Beach access is provided down a long, fair grade, paved path, and the resort staff offer convenient golf cart rides to the beach below. With four new artificial turf and two new hard courts as well as 6 new pickleball courts added to this world ranked tennis resort, everyone is sure to find their groove. Onsite restaurant, pizza oven, and coffee shop, concierge and fitness center, there is little need to ever leave!

Step out onto the spacious lanai and take in the beautiful mountain and ocean view as you sip your relaxing morning coffee. This unit is conveniently located close to the parking lot, pool and amenities. Amazing sunset views from the fire pit area and an onsite bar/lounge for an evening of local music and food. Such an incredible place to stay! This condo has everything you could possibly need and the view was spectacular. The building is also nice and close to the parking lot and restaurants. The washer and dryer was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again. The next time we come to Kauai you just won’t believe how beautiful the grounds are!

Great view! We liked walking down to the beach and taking a resort golf cart back. The beach is nice, we saw a few turtles while snorkeling.The room is extremely close to the restaurants in the resort. For us this was a downside since we heard the music from our lanai

Our stay was incredible! The view from the room was spectacular. And the bed was extremely comfortable. Was also great to have laundry in the room. We did have a few issues with not getting a pickup from the beach when we called, and Wiki pizza closing early due to not enough dough. Otherwise, the stay was amazing and would recommend!

We just spent 5 nights at this amazing property and wish we could have stayed longer! The location is absolutely incredible, if you can imagine a tropical paradise, this is exactly what it looks like. The surrounding nature is breathtaking. Situated in Princeville, a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of great dining options, stunning golf courses, and, of course, the legendary Nā Pali Coast. There are also gorgeous wild beaches nearby where you can truly enjoy nature in peace - it never feels crowded, making it a truly unique and relaxing getaway. The room looks exactly like in the photos, cozy, welcoming, and with an unbeatable view. We’re now spending the rest of our trip on the South Shore in Lihue, but after experiencing the North Shore, it’s hard to enjoy it here - it just doesn’t compare!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spot has such an incredible view I didn't appreciate fully until I arrived. You could sit in the bed, relax and just take it in. It was a short and easy walk to the pool, bar, restaurant and incredible sunset views. It was a ten minute walk down to the water but always had the option for a golf cart ride which was amazing. The snorkeling by the water was also soooo worth it! Room was so nice and welcoming, and the kitchenettes was nice for a couple easy meals :)

What a gem!!! So many things to love about this place. The unit itself has breathtaking views, a bunch of water/beach gear for use, a private washer and dryer, and a very comfortable bed! The property as a whole is also stunning and meticulously maintained. My husband and I loved the pool, beach access, pickleball and tennis courts, and onsite bar and 2 restaurants. We will be back!!!

The View!

The views were everything and exactly as pictured! Just walking the grounds was so refreshing. The Happy Talk Lounge was a highlight and the Wiki Pizza as well; both had amazing open-aired views and good food. The bed was very comfortable and the ac was good and cold. We will definitely be back!

Another great stay at Hanalei Bay Resort

The Hanalei Bay Resort is perfect for those who want more of a classic Hawaiian vacation stay. The beautiful grounds and understated buildings are inviting, but not formal. We stayed in a 1 bedroom studio unit which was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The best part about it was it’s location which was close to the main lobby, pool and the view of the mountains was amazing!

The room itself had everything we needed - mini kitchen with fridge, washer and dryer and some beach gear (cooler & chairs). The layout of the room provided us with plenty of room for us to unpack and be comfortable. Updates are definitely needed but for the price we paid I’m not complaining. It was clean, comfortable and had AC (a plus). The realty team was VERY helpful and always quick to respond. I definitely recommitting staying at this resort!

Beautiful Location!

This was such a beautiful location and was overall a wonderful and relaxing stay! The unit is complete with a washer and dryer, which was great to be able to wash a couple loads before our return trip. The view from our room was INCREDIBLE and it provided a stunning view of the sunset. The unit also provided snorkel gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, floaties, and a cooler that were available for out use. It made beach days super easy.My only complaint is that we did have an issue with the shower knob falling off on the morning of our second to last day there (resulting in us being unable to turn off the shower). I think this was due to the salt water on the island corroding the metal, so it wasn't really anyone's fault. I called the number provided right away and the Hanalei Bay Resort Maintenance came within 10 mins. Unfortunately, the entire knob needed replaced and no one was able to come and do it until the following morning. We had to use the complimentary showers in the Resort's public bathroom, which was a little bit of an inconvenience. That is the only reason for deducting one star. Other than that, we had an incredible stay! I would definitely rent this unit again.
