Quiet and peaceful, the large outdoor dining table seats 8 and is perfect for making memories to last a life time. The exceptional layout allows for two master suites with separation from the other two bedrooms on the upper level, and the twin beds in the fourth bedroom can be converted to a king providing 4 king beds . Cozy and homey, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a luxurious meal and the onsite BBQ facilities are perfect for grilling out after a long day at the beach. The pool and spa are fun for all ages and the fitness center is a convenient addition. Beautiful and comfy place for a family vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo’s kitchen was well equipped with all the cookware we needed to make meals. We used the lanai constantly—beautiful cardinal birds joined us often, which was such a treat. The space was comfortable for everyone, and we appreciated having beach chairs and boogie boards available. It’s a short walk to restaurants and shops, which made everything easy. We loved the place and would absolutely stay here again.

We had 5 adults and two boys and the boys were thrilled to have their own bed in the upstairs room with twin beds. Their parents were in the other upstairs room and it worked great for their family. We had plenty of room downstairs for our morning and evening family activities. The house had everything we needed.

We would absolutely stay here again! We loved the layout of the place. To basically have two master bedrooms as well as two rooms for kids upstairs was perfect. This place offers plenty of space to feel very relaxed and at home. The pool was incredible for my kids. It was a great size, temperature, fun to hang around by, and has a great hot tub. Assuming everything went well through our checkout experience, we knew we’d be giving it 5 stars.I wouldn’t call it beach front though. It is about a 1 mile walk to the beach. We did that walk a couple times and didn’t mind it, but it just isn’t beach front. That didn’t bother us though.

Perfect choice! Great beds,view,supplies. Couldn't have asked for better communication -had very minor issues with garbage disposal needing reset-- it was taken care of very quickly. Close to beach, with great food very close. Absolutely wonderful stay! 10/10 choice.

Great location, bedroom layout and view of the golf course!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this unit. The kitchen was very well equipped. The garage had lots of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, and a cooler. Past complaints about the temperature being too warm in the living area are somewhat warranted. The thermostat is limited to 73 degrees max cooling to avoid a frosted A/C units. However, we found the temperature to be tolerable with the ceiling fans. They also had portable A/C units in the garage which could be easily used in the living area. The only complaints we had are that the couch is totally worn out and needs to be replaced (it’s not dirty but the cushions are shot). The other issue is minor, the upstairs shower curtain needs to be replaced.

Great rental despite AC issue

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great and very spacious for our party of 7, loved the two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms downstairs. Kitchen had more than enough dishes, cookware, utensils and glassware. Pool and hot tub were crowded in the evening as expected but enjoyable nonetheless. Gym was adequate for a decent workout but wasn’t expecting top of the line amenities as I saw pictures prior to booking. Location in Poipu was great as we traveled all over the island, shopping and restaurants at Poipu Shopping Village is around a .25 mile walk and a short drive to Koloa which had better restaurants in my opinion. Beds were comfortable and condo had plenty of extra bedding and towels. Property management was very timely with check in and out directions and answered quickly to questions/concerns. The only issue we had was with the AC downstairs as it ranged from 78-80 degrees for our entire stay which made watching tv or hanging out in the living room and kitchen almost unbearable. Seems to be an issue as other reviewers had similar comments with AC. Luckily there were 2 portable AC units for the downstairs bedrooms and if we did not have those then this review would not be as positive. We tried to utilize one of these portable units in the kitchen, however, it wasn’t able to cool both the living room and kitchen where it felt comfortable. Property management had an AC technician come out but when I texted and asked for an update, I did not receive a response back and by that point we only had another day and a half left and the portable ACs were sufficient. Upstairs AC did not have issues and felt great so this problem only impacted downstairs. Other than the AC issue downstairs, I would still recommend this condo as long as they continue to provide the portable AC units for use.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall happy with our experience. Great location! The rental company was responsive and professional. Kitchen was VERY well stocked. Furniture, especially the outdoor ones are a bit more worn than the pictures show. The air conditioner was not great for the main room, but fine in bedrooms. The neighbor next door was a bit of a Karen and the pool area wouldn't let our kids have floaties, but didn't care when others did, felt a bit discriminatory. Despite that, would still recommend this property.

Pili Mai

We stayed her last week and loved it. The condo was perfect for our party of nine. It was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The property was beautiful and the pool area was perfect. The property is near the Poipu shopping center which offers many good restaurants and shops. It is also near two other shopping centers. It is within walking distance of beaches if you want a nice a stroll. Parking was easily found if you go to the beach early. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Wonderful! We came to Kauai on our family vacation - 6 adults. This home was plenty of room for us, clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect - close to restaurants, shopping and amazing beaches.

Fantastic

What an amazing stay! We loved our time in Pili Mai 10B!! The condo is stocked with all the amenities you'd hope for on a trip to Kauai! The kitchen has everything that you'd need and a little more! Beach towels, beach gear...it's fantastic! Definitely will be back!

Perfect location and great sunsets every night

We absolutely loved this place. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for families. The only complaint would be that it’s time to replace the couch. Not supportive and hard to get out of. Don’t let that stop you from booking this. Pools are great!

Better than EXCELLENT

Location was perfect for our family. Close enough to the pool and easy to get out to the main road. Walked to Golf course and restaurant often. Enjoyed the walk to Poipu Shopping Center for many great food options. Having the crib set up was very helpful for our tired infant. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by everyone after our long hiking days. Sunsets over the golf course sitting outside on the balcony with a table big enough for eight was perfect. Kitchen had everything you might need and having great beach towels made our stay wonderful.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed! All the kitchen things were there down to soap, trash bags, ziplocs etc. The condo is very close to the pool. Lots of restaurant options near by and close to the best beach for kids on the island. We would definitely stay there again if we're back in Kauai.

Beautiful Condo

Pili Mai 10B is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo. I don't think there was anything that we needed that was not provided. It was very clean and most comfortable. The golf course view was so peaceful and the location was very close to the beach and not too far from Old Town Koloa! The swimming pool was beautiful and quite refreshing after a hot day of sightseeing... My only negative would be that the A/C seemed to have been turned off in the morning of our check out. It got very warm and uncomfortable as we were packing. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay.
