Ceci est une villa TRÈS spacieuse (1950+ pieds carrĂ©s total), au premier Ă©tage avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complĂštes, avec une vĂ©randa privĂ©e pour s'asseoir et profiter de votre boisson tropicale prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e. Il s’agit de l’un des complexes les plus recherchĂ©s de Poipu en raison de sa climatisation centrale, de ses Ă©quipements de luxe et de son emplacement privilĂ©giĂ©! Depuis la vĂ©randa, vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  quelques pas de la ceinture de verdure et Ă  moins de 5 minutes Ă  pied des meilleures plages de Kauai!

L'espace

Les Villas de Poipu Kai ont seulement 11 ans et sont les plus rĂ©centes de Poipu Kai! Vous ne trouverez pas d’endroit plus confortable oĂč sĂ©journer!

Les villas sont assises sur la ceinture de verdure convoitée, ne laissant que quelques minutes de marche entre vous et la plage! La plage de Poipu est la zone la plus recherchée de Kauai et a récemment été classée plage n ° 1 de toute l'Amérique. Mon unité est l'une des plus grandes copropriétés que vous trouverez à Poipu! La taille et la disposition interne de l'unité offrent un confort spacieux pour un maximum de 8 personnes (espace supplémentaire pour les petits enfants), mais peuvent également bien fonctionner et leur prix est parfaitement adapté aux petits groupes.

Le plan d'Ă©tage est bien amĂ©nagĂ© avec tout au premier Ă©tage. Il n'y a AUCUN escalier et deux suites privĂ©es avec chacune leur propre salle de bain privĂ©e. Internet haut dĂ©bit sans fil est disponible sans frais supplĂ©mentaires pour rester connectĂ©, si vous le souhaitez. Les deux lits jumeaux peuvent ĂȘtre convertis en un roi sur demande. Des couchages supplĂ©mentaires pour les groupes de plus de 6 personnes seront sur le matelas pneumatique ou le jeu pour les plus petits.

We loved our stay in this property and hope to use it again. All the amenities are as advertised. The pool, hot tub, and gym are nice. There are adequate kitchen tools, all the appliances are in good working order. All very clean. The patio faces away from the pool area, and toward the greenbelt, which is beneficial because it is protected from wind, and much more private. There is a nice hose and nozzle to wash sand. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and cart. It is in close proximity to Brennecke Beach, with only one street crossing for the kids.

Wonderful place for family with toddlers!

The villa was wonderful! The 2 ensuites were great for the parents and grandparents, with the kids in the third bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. Having the high chair and pack n play In the unit was great and made everything so much easier. the beach wagon was awesome for transporting the kids along with chairs, towels and the bag of sand toys provided to the beach. Loved that it was such an easy walk to the beach, and that there was a play structure on the grass by the beach.The baby beach near the play structure was the best we have experienced. It’s a large sheltered cove where the water never gets above about 2 feet. The pool and hot tub were fun and the bbq there came in handy when we wanted to grill one night. The kitchen was well stocked with all you needed and the toddler plates and bowls nd utensils were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful property right in the middle of Poipu Beach and Shipwreck beach,about 10 mins to each. It is on the nature walk path and is very calm and relaxing. The pool is amazing and the kids had so much fun at the pool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here on our next visit!

Wonderful hosts, great communication, easy check-in, the list goes on & on! These owners thought of literally everything to make our stay more comfortable & convenient- very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen & everything you might need for a day @ the beach (which is a 5 minute walk from the condos) - we will definitely be back!

These villas are so close to Poipu Beach. We walked there constantly during our stay. The villas were roomy and well cared for. The pool was beautiful and an added amenity. In addition all of the beach items in the garage were so helpful. Especially the wagon! We will definitely return!

Fantastic place & location. Excellent host communication from start to finish and they also provided some nice added touches including snacks upon arrival. Plenty of soft comfy towels & tons of beach items along with a wagon. We had a baby under 1 with us and the pack and play & highchair were in the unit at arrival. The pool was just steps away and the beach a quick walk. We saw sea turtles every day at the beach. Nearby many stores, shops and restaurants. A short walk to the local farmstand which also made fresh smoothies. Tiki lamps around the pool set the scene each evening! We didn't want to leave.

Great place!

We stayed here with our two teenage kids and had a great time! The place was big enough for everyone to have their own space and a very quick walk to the beach. Everything was clean and as listed.

Paradise lost. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend or give a positive review . Small things: Had to ask for paper products (napkins/facial tissues). Kitchen was not well stocked with dishes and the chairs were dirty. Noise from upstairs as the guests above seemed to be up in the middle of the night walking around. Not the fault of the owners but I will not book a lower unit. Big thing: Workers appeared and began a cement construction project on our third day that took place at the back patio and side of the unit which involved the removal of existing walkway. There was constant sawing, hammering of concrete, drilling and engine noice from diesel engines of the excavator and tractor. This went from Tuesday morning until Friday afternoon. The noise was constant and we could not be in the unit during the day. I brought this to the attention of the host on Tuesday and was told that they were "not informed of the project". No offer was made to move us as VRBO states they can do. I asked for some type of financial compensation, but that was denied. Essentially, the owners are taking NO responsibility. Will not go back.

Weekend in Kauai

Very comfortable villa with all the room needed for our stay. Nice location with short walking path to beach to see the sunset or sea turtles. Pool has a nice resort feel with both sun and shade areas.

Perfect Family Rental

This place was perfect for our stay with a toddler and two sets of grandparents. The place looked even better in person and was very clean. If there was anything to critique it would be sometimes hearing the footsteps from the people in the unit above and an occasional loud group in a neighboring unit, but nothing lasted after quiet hours and overall the whole complex was very quiet and peaceful. Came with everything we could have asked for and more. Excellent location next to the pool and a short walk to two beaches. Five stars and would definitely stay again.

Girlfriend trip

The condo was very nice. Great location to walk to the beach, restaurants etc. the pool was right outside the condo. Unfortunately our stay was cut short because of a medical emergency so we were only there two nights. I would definitely come back, it was a great place.
